Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The resort is quiet and comfortable. You can really relax here and forget about your buys lives! Great value for money and very convenient as you can rent a scooter or a car directly with the reception. Food is great and location is good. The people at the resort are very friendly and helpful. And the cherry on the cake is to take a shower under the stars in the outside bathroom!! Very recommended!!

The motorbikes being rented at the facility are not maintained.

Pool area was very nice with lots of shaded areas and places to sit. Our room was very nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel restaurant closed at 6:00 pm each day There are not too many restaurant choices in walking distance. We used taxis to go to/from restaurants for dinner most evenings.

The grounds and pool were lovely. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We liked the outdoor bathroom. We enjoyed the included breakfast each day. The staff was attentive and helpful.

We just loved our stay in Tropicana Lanta! It was not just some ordinary hotel territory, it was real small tropical garden with huts hidden among all that greenery. Interior of the hut was soo nice and elegant! It is unforgettable feeling - to watch stars and moon while in shower. I would not say, the choice on breakfast was big, but it was absolutely delicious for our taste. We also used laundry room, detergent was provided by the hotel, price is regular and even really attractive having more laundry. The beach is couple of minutes, just across the road and down to the sea. I rated location with 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is harder to reach more active area by foot, you rather will need tuktuk service or bike. When we were leaving, the lady from reception went outside together with us, waited for us to load our luggages into the van and wished us a save journey. It was so warm, so real and personal... I'm still thinking, how such small things could go so deep into our heart... So yes, i truly recommend this beautiful place. And don't forget to look up when showering in the night! ;)

Our room didn't have a kettle and we didn't see any facilities to get hot / boiling water to make coffee, or tea, before breakfast or after the dinning room had closed at 6pm. But, we should have read the facilities before booking.. so our fault.

The location was good for the beach. The staff were great and helped out with booking scooters and our ferry to Phuket. We didn't use the swimming pool but other guests used it and tge surrounding sunbeds. Pool towels were also provided in the room.

Amazing stay, a really nice boutique hotel in the garden with a great pool and super friendly and helpful staff. I loved breakfast, we easily rented a scooter at reception with no deposit or formalities. Bathroom outside is also cool experience. Great value for the money.

Location wasn’t perfect if you expect some restaurants nearby. But if you want to stay in a lush environment it’s perfect!

The bungalow was great! Spacious and very comfortable. Didn’t use the pool but it looked good! Breakfast was nice. I rented a scooter 🛵 and it was in ok condition, I even got 3 hours for free when I needed to extend the rent for a few hours. Pickup from ferry worked really well too. Great garden around the bungalows Nice and quiet beaches close to the resort.

Peaceful and well kept grounds , lovely staff and very well situated. The breakfast was well cooked and presented and always fresh.

Breakfast was a little bland, not enough drinking water provided and in room coffee very sparse. 2 sachets a day not enough. Shower trickled. Property was a little distance from restaurants, at night very dark walking on roads and some vehicles had no lights.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. Air conditioning very effective. Cooled room very quickly and was particularly comfortable at night. Pool a welcome reprieve. Front desk helpful organising taxis.

When we wanted to walk to the beach (cca 10-15 min) or to the nearest restaurant there was no sidewalk

Our room was on the street side of the resort so it was a bit noisy, but didn't bother us.

The room was nice and the outdoor bathroom exquisite. We really liked the pool area, the pool was very clean and there were always available sunbeds. We liked the place so much that extended our stay with a night. The location was perfect for us but I do recommend renting a motorbike to help you to get around. Though, renting a motorbike from the hotel is easy and the cost is the same as anywhere else.

The lunch menu must have more healthy options. At least 2 or 3 salads and vegetables.

Gorgeous garden, comfortable room, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast, amazing team members! They offer or arrange everything to make your life easy: taxis, transfers, tours, scooters, massages, laundry, etc

Treadmills could use an update

Loved our stay. Not far from shops and beaches. The staff were super helpful and it was great that the resort hired out scooters if requested! Made it very convenient to return and use! The rooms were great and we loved the outdoor bathroom! The swimming area was great too and nice to have a resort gym with air conditioning! The breakfast was GREAT too!
