Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It was a beautiful hotel with great and easily accessible facilities. Has its own access to the train station which is handy. Also nearby isa place with restaurants where you can eat should you chose to. Check in was prompt and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and varied. You are spoilt for choice. I would definitely return if visiting Bangkok again. Nice and very comfortable beds.2 pool options were a great touch. One for sunset and other for sunrise.!

United StatesLoved the access to the metro/train lines (most convenient option to get to airport and to other parts of Bangkok). When walking into the hotel, it definitely has the “wow” factor and is super sleek. There’s a lounge that’s decorated nicely on the 38th floor, a lap pool on the 37th floor, and a restaurant/pool on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is served through another restaurant on floor 5 and had an incredible amount of choices, a self serve coffee machine, different stations for different cuisines from 6-11am. On the first floor it’s direct access to the metro lines (ARL and sky train), as well as a convenience store and some snack/coffee/juice places. There is a concierge and an availability to store luggage at the front desk.

Out of the 6 five star hotels we stayed in over our trip to Thailand this was one of the best. The service was exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel, great staff, fantastic service. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially at sunset. We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant also. The room was exactly as advertised, very comfortable bed, we slept well. We would definitely return.

This is one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok, it is new, location is the best only few minutes walk to BTS and Airport Rail Link. It is central location that easy and convenient to go to many Bangkok attractions with public transportation. Hotel staff of all level have good customer service mind. Room is super comfortable, the best buffet breakfast with too many choices that taste so good. This is my second time staying here and I will be back for sure in the future.
