It’s very clean hotel, room was good and has a balcony. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Roof top pool great. Rooms are spacious. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location, definitely will stay again.

The staff are amazing. The owner is so nice  we loved chatting with him and everyone always has a smile on their face. I'm Jewish and I keep the Sabbeth and the amazing women at the front desk were there to help us with our needs. Ps to Jewish people it's 7-8 minute walk from the Chabad house. It's super close and the Chabad have Kosher food. Loved coming back to a clean room! (You have to put the sign on till 3 pm for cleaning). My husband and I felt at home and we are for sure going to go back when we visit Thailand again. The area is in a short street coming off of the main road (area called patong) tons of massages and stores. 7 eleven and family mart to buy food or drinks. The room was perfect for a couple we had a small balcony so we could dry our wet clothes. It's like a few minutes away (walk) from the beach. They provide two body towels and two face towel. If going to beach or needed for a daily trip ask at the front desk for a beach towel.  On the top floor is a pool (when we went most of the time we had our time alone because people were out and about...) You see the city view and Ocean. You get an electric card for the room (make sure not to open right after bc the door knows its stuff. If it opens don't worry it locks right away when the door is closed so none from outside can open the door.) There is a mini bar in the room a big closet and a safe. Trust me there is no need to worry about your belongings. Also they give small shampoos soap bars and few other things. We used iur own shampoo bc we preferred it and brought from home. Pick up for faily trips are easy. There is a small area with a couch, tea, coffee, and water and the hotel knows and communicates with the pick up drivers. Hotels fill up fast because of the famous area. I would book ahead of time. And just enjoy your stay and have a great time! We surely had! Thank you to all staff members we really appreciate you!

We had an issue with our first room when we arrived but we were moved to a new room the next day. There are a few small things that could be improved but all in all a good stay for a reasonably priced hotel in Patong

Nice roof top pool area that we always seemed to have to ourselves. Good location close to the beach. Staff around 24hrs and resolve issues quickly.

We heard a noise (we stayed in room 404) from the nearest building every day (sometimes early in the morning and at night). There was a zone in which the locals washed, talked, sang, spit a lot, and coughed a lot. We slept with earplugs and headphones. Once I went out to the balcony and asked to stop. This can be annoying, especially if you are staying here for a long time.

This is a good hotel with a convenient location. The friendly staff. There is video surveillance in common areas and one of the staff is always in the lobby. We felt completely safe. In addition, we especially liked that there were no bad smells in the room and bathroom. We enjoyed using the rooftop seating area.

This is a brand new renovated Hotel, in almost central Patong, for a very nice price. Rooms are OK for this price range.

If you want a good view from the balcony you should pick the side of the hotel facing the street. I had a bad view from my balcony towards a wall, but it really didnt matter because everything else added up.

Fresh new hotel, really worth the price. Great location, a few minutes walking to Bangla Road and close to the beach as well. The rooftop is so nice, view over Patong and there are these puffy big pillows you can lay on. and just chill. There’s a speaker with bluetooth with a great sound so people can play there own music. The pool is a little small but clean and cute :) The best thing tho’ with this hotel is the STAFF. So helpful and always wanting to make sure you are okay.

Huge rooms, clean and comfortable and good sized bathroom that was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money in a busy area. Less than 10 min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars near by.

Nice clean property, only open by current owners for the last 2 months. Staff really helpful, requested a blanket (only a duvet cover as the blanket the first night) and bed was made when we got back to room. Really quiet at night but very close to all restaurants and bars.

The room view was of a rooftop of another apartment and it smelled weird. The location is not on the cleanest of streets!

The room that they assigned me had a really strong smell of paint, I had to open the windows everytime I got into the room cause it was really bad, the room was 602 btw. The closing time for the swimming pool is really short, only 9 am until 9 pm. The laundry offer is ok, but they stitched purple lines in my clothes when I bought laundry bags and gave to them my clothes inside those bags. Didn't made any sense. The road of the hotel smelled really bad cause it has a community leaving there.

The location was great, only 10 min walking to the beach.

Staff very rude, we had one white towel with a small black mark on it which would have washed out very easily and was not a stain. the staff member shouted and demanded we paid 500 bhat for a new towel.

no duvet cover just a thin sheet. made for some very uncomfortable nights. not as smart as the pictures, felt a little tired inside and especially the pool area which was filthy dirty.
