How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is nothing i could think about
Thailand is the topest country for tourism in the world and its bcoz of the customer care given by its every citizen. This hotel was no exception. It’s one of the best place to stay according to me. The bedsheets are crisp clean and ironed and every thing a person needs in the room, it’s available. The staff/ Thom, Siri, Pia at the reception are deserving of Oscars in the customer care section. These girls are so strong that they carry your bags to your room and back when you are checking out. They came to the Taxi to bid me farewell. I had to go to the airport or else i would had stayed more. The housing keeping staff do a incredible job in maintaining high standards of the hotel. For sure, i will stay in this hotel again when i return.

There is nothing negative to remark.
The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area of the old city of Chiang May. Breakfast was included in a very nice overnight price. Very nice staff who were always helpful with any question.

Super kind management and sparkling clean room. The location is perfect, quiet and close to all you need. The team went the extra mile to provide me a gluten free & vegan breakfast. Easy access to nearby laundry service. Feels so comfortable and safe, I ended up extending!

Some of the facilities are a bit old.
Perfect location, right in the center of the city but on a very quiet street. The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is excellent and with both Thai and Western options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some of the most helpful staff I've meet. The hotel is sparkling clean. The rooms are comfortable and quiet as the hotel is in a small alley, yet right in the heart of the city. There is a pleasant hangout area at the ground floor that I used to work from

The breakfast buffet offered was very good and had options for everyone! The hotel owner was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He provided us with many good recommendations for food and activities throughout the city

We've struggled to find faults...keep up the great work Mr Kishore & team
A wonderful boutique hotel - very close to airport and attractions such as Night bazar which is a big highlight of Chiang Mai. Mr Kishore and the whole crew were warm and friendly. They absolutely made us feel welcome and were always on hand to assist with queries etc. 100% recommend if you're in Chiang Mai.

Bikes might need a little service every now and then. Lost the chain twice on one of them ;-).
Great central location. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Big pro for me was the option of getting a free bike and exploring Chiang Mai.

Very nice, quiet, peaceful location. Incredibly friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good breakfast. Whole place is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I couldn't recommend more!

We had a very nice, but short stay for 4 nights. Lee Chiang is a nice, small Hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. It's located in a small street and very quiet. Very friendly staff and the owner is always ready to support you, if you have any question about Chiang Mai.

Quality of soap / shampoo could be better, however it is only a personal preference

No air conditioning in entrance (that I noticed) but A/C in room was good.
Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast looked great- alas we had to catch an early flight so couldn’t actually make the most of it. Spacious rooms.
