Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Thailand is the topest country for tourism in the world and its bcoz of the customer care given by its every citizen. This hotel was no exception. It’s one of the best place to stay according to me. The bedsheets are crisp clean and ironed and every thing a person needs in the room, it’s available. The staff/ Thom, Siri, Pia at the reception are deserving of Oscars in the customer care section. These girls are so strong that they carry your bags to your room and back when you are checking out. They came to the Taxi to bid me farewell. I had to go to the airport or else i would had stayed more. The housing keeping staff do a incredible job in maintaining high standards of the hotel. For sure, i will stay in this hotel again when i return.

A wonderful boutique hotel - very close to airport and attractions such as Night bazar which is a big highlight of Chiang Mai. Mr Kishore and the whole crew were warm and friendly. They absolutely made us feel welcome and were always on hand to assist with queries etc. 100% recommend if you're in Chiang Mai.
