The room was big enough to accommodate 2 people and it felt really cozy inside! Toilet was clean as well and not to mention the best part, the 7-11 beside was fire.

It's not something I didn't like but the area is under construction towards the main road so the really first impression of the area was not quite as good but keeping at mind we arrived at the property at 3am. They did check us in and helped us throughout. Just a tip, first impression of the area might seem shady but its really close to alot of things and it did feel safe as we started walking to Morning/Night market and Indra Mall 3-5 mins walk also alot of things in close proximity. Massage places are just around the corner.

Most impressive thing was the smell of the hotel...the lemon fragrance is just amazing. The hotel on its own is a really great place with nice facilities. No complains and the staff are really great as well...there might be some language barrier but they will assist in the best possible way. The hotel is located really close to Morning/Night market and malls such as Indra mall and Platinum mall. 3 to 5 mins walk to the markets and Indra Mall with small stalls along the way makes you lose track of time.

Have coffee making facilities but no teaspoon for stirring. Also housekeeping need to check fridge as there was a lot of water collecting in the fridge and I had to empty it before using the fridge.

The hotel rooms are neat, clean and fresh smelling. The interior looks bright and cheerful. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great location in Pratunam area within walking distance to shopping mall and BTS station.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to shopping areas like Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market, with easy access to food stalls and transport. I also appreciated the calm and cozy vibe of the hotel, a nice break from the busy streets outside.

Love the location which is next to Praturnam morning market. You can get clothes in wholesale prices cheaper than elsewhere. You can also walk to Central World, Platinum Mall and December from here. Nearest BTS station is Ratchatewi and ARL station is Ratchapong just before Phaya Thai. Tuktuk is conveniently available. Hotel can also arrange it for you. I will stay here if I want to go to Praturnam morning market. Best part of the hotel is that 7e is just next door. Super convenient.

It is centrally located—just a short walk from Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. Everything is within walking distance. Most importantly, the hotel is an excellent budget option that is both cute and aesthetically pleasing. It is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our large travel bags and shopping hauls. The bathroom was also very clean and roomy. Highly recommended for travelers who plan to spend time shopping. The hotel also features a lovely signature scent and offers refreshing welcome drinks to guests. Special shout-out to the front office staff member named A, who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks also to the rest of the staff for their warm hospitality and for making all guests feel welcome.

Requires quite a distance of walk to BTS. And if you were to take taxi, it will take some time to reach you during peak, the small lanes of I’ll be congested.

Room is spacious and clean. No noisy Aircon or toilet issue as other nearby stay I have experienced previously. Surrounding has 7-11, food, massage which is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Their staff is top notch no complaint, very polite, helpful & friendly. Hotel itself super clean. Bed is comfortable, air-conditioning working really well despite the hot and humid weather at Bangkok. They provide washing machine and dryer too. Highly recommended and good value for money. Definitely will comeback, and 7-Eleven just 5 steps away from this hotel how heaven is that! Super loveeeee. Keep it up Lemontea Hotel. Your hospitality is amazing.

Hope the hotel can provide microwave to heat up food in the room instead of going down to the lobby.

Very clean room (housekeeping cleaned daily), comfy beds, helpful front desk staff, location the best, 7-11 and many massage shops just short walking distance, room size acceptable as we booked two family rooms. Just that we are on different floors as one floor only have one family room. Morning and night wholesale market just walking distance (can shop till you drop) and reachable by foot to Central World, Siam Paragon, Erawan Shrine, etc etc.
