The bar at the beach was often out of certain dishes which was a pity but there were enough alternatives.

Superb location with a really quite beach with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The room was really big and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the airconditiong worked well. Due to the more remote location the hotel offers a shuffel going to walking street and back every 15 minutes, which was great and we made a lot of use of it. Staff was friendly.

The resort is much bigger than i expected and it is not new anymore. The design is a bit outdated, sometimes simple. And despite the mentioned facilities I would not call it a luxury hotel. Surprisingly the restaurant is closed in the evening, so you have to leave the resort for dinner. The staff is motivated and helpful, but sometimes communication is difficult due to limited English proficiency.

The buffet breakfast was average. VERY little for someone with coeliac disease and really sugary artificial and processed options . The beds were hard and made my back hurt and the bathrooms were not great.

The hotel was on an absolutely stunning beach with an amazing sand bank that came out each evening for us to play in. My kids loved the clear waters. The AC in the rooms was great.

The rooms are very dated and could do with a makeover, parts of the hotel look abandoned which didn't really bother us as we like the peace and quiet, but there was a lack of outside seating etc. It just felt a little sad and neglected.

Great location beach is amazing, 100baht for tuktuk into the walking street. Breakfast good selection and plenty of it. The size of the room was also good with a huge balcony and a view of the sea. You can hire snorkeling gear, paddle board, kayak from the cafe at the bottom of the steps down to the beach.

No cushions on hard beds at pool Would have preferred our booked room but it worked out ok as I hurt my foot and it was easier access to the beach , might be worth noting it’s a lot of steps to and from the beach certainly not good for walking disabilities

The accommodation was a bit tired. There was no vegetarian hot breakfast option other than toast.

The shuttle service was good but could do with organising so people don't queue jump. The rooms were spacious. There were plenty of towels in the room.

It's hard to even say what we didn't like, but there are a few suggestions - it would be nice to have another additional coffee maker in the breakfast hall, otherwise some mornings we had to wait even 10 minutes or longer for coffee. Another thing - consider garbage collection on the hotel grounds - plastic bottles and caps are scattered around the cottages and gardens - and it looked like it had been that way for a while.

The room was very nice and spacious. The location and beach were wonderful. Breakfast in the morning had a wide selection, lots of tasty fruits, and good coffee. It was nice that the shuttle greeted us and helped bring our luggage to the hotel. And the same to check out from the hotel - the staff helped bring the luggage down to the shuttle. In the evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, there is complimentary transportation from the hotel to Walking Street.

Hard pillows. When it’s check in time for other guests it’s best to get a taxi to walking street as you end up waiting a long time. It’s a bit hard on the legs staying on a mountain but the clue is in the name.

Absolutely breathtaking view from balcony. Very very clean. Lovely staff. Very good breakfast. Gardens are well maintained and are immaculate. Nice to get a free shuttle to walking street and back. The chap who serves the eggs and omelettes at breakfast is lovely. The cleaners are very sweet and work so hard to keep the rooms spotless. Towels are soft and smell good every day. Lovely rainfall shower. Best beach on the whole island. Excellent value for money.

Stayed in 2 different rooms and the pool view rooms were a bit outdated, shower and toilet separate on 2 of the farthest ends of the room, somemlimescale and dirt on the taps/mirrors but was OK, Seaview rooms much better quality.

A good selection at breakfast compared to other hotels I've stayed at, although if you need proper pork sausages/bacon in the morning then you will be disappointed. However, if you like eggs, toast and traditional Thai food then you will enjoy. I wouldn't bother with the restaurant for lunch or dinner. They have a set menu where you have to choose a number of meals and pay a certain price.... you can't just have one item. I'm not sure why they do this, the restaurant would make far more money if they had a proper menu as the views are spectacular (it was always empty after breakfast).

Our room (& bathroom) was an excellent size and had everything we needed. Complimentary slippers, gowns and beach bags (so long as returned in the same condition). Cannot fault the staff at all, they were all incredibly polite and courteous, most spoke or at least understood good English. There was a truck that gave hotel residents lifts down to Walking Street throughout the day and early evening which was very helpful as the hotel is up a steep hill. Location is wonderful. Nothing in Lipe is far away but having breakfast overlooking North Point Beach was divine. There's a number of bars/places to eat along the beach which is a 2 minute walk down some (steep) steps. Would recommend Zodiak bar for drinks, particularly in the evening for sunset.

Service area on the beach was terrible. Orders were frequently wrong, twice waited over an hour and told that the original order was no longer available. After the third day stopped using that facility as this is not acceptable.

Shower strangely positioned in the middle of bathroom. We had a huge balcony and it would have been nice to have some sun loungers there. Our room was on the second floor and close to pool but to get to the pool, you actually need to walk quite a bit because you cannot access the pool form between the houses. Luckily we did not have anyone staying on the room below us so we could sneak through their terrace :) So stairs from the second floor to pool would be nice.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you prefer to stay a bit further away from the busiest spots. There is a shuttle bus to the walking street in the evening so you will get there easily to have dinner. Our room was very big and clean with nice view to the pool and sea. Breakfast was good with nice view. Friendly staff and well maintained property.

After spending the day out, we came back to the room and it was clear that someone was laid on our bed! The shape was still on the pillow! We called someone from reception to see it. He took photos and said they will check with the housekeeper. We never received any apologies neither an explanation.
