Loved the quiet area, access to the beach just across the street, great customer service and extremely friendly Staff. Food was lovely.will be coming back. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

The bungalow style accommodation and the grounds. Very traditional Thai but with a modern twist. The staff were very friendly. Proximity to the airport but not noisy was great.

Some small issues like the aircon not working well but it was resolved and the door know wasn't working and we were locked inside the room

Rooms 1,2,3 and 4 are too bright at night due to spotlights in the garden that never go off. The thin curtains don’t block this out. You can also hear the AC compressor from the reception area as it roars constantly. These are easy things for the manager to fix.

Nice green gardens with wooden walkways between rooms. Deluxe room was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Fantastic big pool and just across front the beach.

The vibe is so lovely. it's peaceful and old school. The ONLY think I could say is that the mattress was old and saggy. Other than that, we thought it was great value.

beautiful leafy resort with a real Thai feeling about it. friendly staff, a great bar with yummy cocktails. live music and probably the best breakfast we have had on the trip. free transfer to the airport was a bonus!

No usb ports in the room to charge our phones and reception didn’t have adapters for international travellers.

Nai Yang Park Resort is a 5 minute drive from Phuket airport and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a very long flight. Make this place your first stop before exploring Phuket. Traditional bungalows surrounded by lush tropical gardens, great pool, good restaurant, and less than 100 meters from the beautiful beach.

Reception staff were not the most welcoming, the food at the restaurant was awful and over priced. Breakfast is definitely not what we are used to and we were very disappointed. Spa in pool broken. The shower head in our room did not work. Beach is not easily accessible opposite the resort, walk up the Rd a few minutes to access it more easily.

The location to the airport and the free shuttle service were the reason why we chose to stay here. We booked 2 nights but checked out at 8pm as we had a 10pm flight. The rooms are spacious. Short walk to restaurants on the beach were we enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs. The pool was very warm which was a bonus for us but would not suit all travellers. 7 eleven 8 minute walk.

Reception staff could be more welcoming and informative. The rooms could do with a new coat of paint to bring it to the 21st century.

Ideally situated just off the National Park and suitable for couples and those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Being 10 minutes from the airport makes it ideal for those who are here only for short trips. The decor is a little out of date but rooms are very large and comfortable enough.

Pool is closed very early (7PM)., which is pretty sad as we arrived at 8PM only. Pretty long walk to the bungalow room. Free transfer is limited to 7AM-7PM only.

It was near the airport (8 mins drive). Beautiful facitilities and hotel overall - felt like in the jungle. Near the beach. 7-elven is near too. Free transfer (1 way only) to the airport.

The breakfast was just okay, decent options but not our favorite. The pool was far too warm, like swimming in a bath. Nice elsewhere perhaps but as it was so warm, it would have been better if the pool had been a bit cooler.

Hotel is in a great location if you want somewhere easy to stay before or after a flight in to Phuket. Bedroom was a good size (albeit a tad dated).

Really nice and welcoming staff Amazing room with all the necessary facilities; very modern and well organised; the room also have to desks from were to work; The room has mini fridge, air conditioning; There was a small patio in front of the bungalow where you can stay outside; The garden and the bungalows were so nice; There was a gym; The pool was very nice and we also find there water inflatable mattresses; Really good breakfast; They were very kind to keep us the luggage before check in and at check out before we went to the airport; We had a free transportation to the airport;

The rooms were big and comfortable, massive bathrooms. Pool area is great, restaurant out the front did nice food and had lovely staff. Just across the road from the beach which is nice to swim in. Not to far to the main area with shops and plenty of restaurants.

Mosquitos are a pain in ***, but you can't avoid it since there is water and trees, so plan to bring your repellent with you.

The hotel itself and the very friendly staff! The rooms are bungalow style rooms with Thai decoration inside. It is located in the national park, so you are literally in the middle of a forest and right next to the beach, you just have to cross the road! The pool is very clean with many seats under the sun or covered , according to your preferences. We were planning on staying there for two nights before our flight, but we fell on love with the area so we decided to extend our stay to five days, even delayed our flight to enjoy this little paradise. It is a perfect place to relax

I would have liked more shade around the pool.

The rooms were spacious, the bed very comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. I liked that the bungalows were single floor, unlike the concrete blocks that seem to be popping up everywhere. I liked the decor which had enough touches to make you realize that you were in Thailand. The breakfast was good.

Very nice and well maintained property. Stuff nice and helpful. Like a little tropic village with wooden houses that offer you all you need. Free shuttle to the airport is an extra bonus.

Everything Location Facilities were excellent But above all the staff are fantastic from reception restaurant housekeeping groundsmen . the staff made us feel special. Warm and friendly people . the room was fantastic large and comfortable. I would recommend Nai Yang Park resort to everyone
