The host was lovely and very welcoming and we we felt at home right away. The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel is close to the bus station too, so easy to get around. The balcony was great, especially watching the sun rise in the morning.

Quiet place with friendly hosts and a great location- just next to the Bus Terminal and really close to the Old town Phuket's center! Few minutes away and you have couple of nice and cheap restuarants. We liked our stay there a lot!

Quiet a few stairs up to our room, might be a bit hard with your luggage, but I kinda enjoyed the exercise.

The aircon worked fine, the balcony was a nice bonus and it was in a quiet street still close to all the shops. Especially nice arriving with the airport bus you only need to walk for a minute to recharge the hotel. The owners were really nice and helpful and let us leave our bags till later on our check out day.

The "balcony" is enclosed and is very hot so it's not pleasant to sit there.

Good value guesthouse. Close to town center but quiet. Very friendly hosts. WiFi worked well. Coffee/tea and fruit appreciated. Decent size room with air con and fridge.

Very welcoming staff, clean room, perfumed towels, powerful AC, brand new Android tv with all the apps (Netflix, youtube...), 10 min walk from the old Phuket, great motorbike rental service, sweet attentions and good recommendations! And all of it for a good price. Perfect, thank you!

You can just take a bus from the airport and get off at the bus terminal as a last stop and walk from there to property in 2-3 minutes (please ask to the place from people over there or walk opposite if the google map tells you direction.

There was a slightly disturbing smell in the room.

The room was big and the bed was a little bit hard but confortable, we had our own bathroom which was nice. The owners of the place are really kind (they offered us fruit and good recommendations about places to see, we can also dry our clothes on the hotel terrace if we need to) and the accommodation is well located, next to the bus terminal 1 and 10mn away by walk from the old quarter.

It was very nice. Spacious room it had everything you need specifically hangers and a little outside room with chairs and water. The host were very nice and lovely. They clean your room everyday and its close to everything

No elevator so if you have a big suitcase you have to carry it upstairs. No shoes allowed after reception but it’s not a problem at all.

You feel like you are staying with a family but in a good way. Owners pay good attention to guests and very friendly. Rooms are really big and clean. Bed is comfy. Have a small balcony if you want to relax. Bathrooms are nice and big. Have a small fridge and cupboard in the room. TV is working too

Traveled a lot, visited 25+ countries, but nowhere have I encountered such a warm welcome as at Nawaporn Place. Hospitable and hospitable hosts, very clean rooms, room cleaning every day. You can joke with the hostess and even learn Thai language. If you sit in the room till 12 noon (for example, if you sleep for a long time) - the hostess may be alarmed by the inability to clean your room in time. And she will be waiting outside with a set of fresh towels to replace, a banana, pineapple or Pad thai handmade to treat you 😂😂😂 The hotel is very conveniently located, you can easily get to Night market on Sunday or wander around the old town. The two or three massage salons near Nawaporn place are a bit spoiled (sometimes very noisy), but there are still ladies working there, so you won't be attacked by angry lady boys at night, so sleep well)).😎
