The music on quiet days is just too loud. It’s ok if an event or brunch but the pool was fairly empty as so many guests complained about the volume. The other issue I had was with the staff. On check out I was asked if I had taken a hairdryer only for housekeeping to then call to say they found it. Then on check in I was given a key with a broken chain so fell off the wooden room number. On chin out the save girl said she would charge me 1000 thb for this!

The rooms are lovely and the pool in front is great. The beach is stunning and the style of the beach club is great.

A few things could be improved. The music around the main pool every day was a bit much at times. Maybe have one day when it’s not playing or it’s a different gender. The pillows to my taste need to be better. Too big and hard.

This was our first time to a Nikki Beach resort so can’t compare to others. Beautiful property on an amazing stretch of beach. We had the room looking on to pool and it was really beautiful. The food was very good but to be expected, pricy considering elsewhere in Thailand. I really liked the fact that they don’t skimp on towels and room amenities.

The beach at which this hotel is situated is not great. Not a perfect place to chill and enjoy the waters. Not the hotel fault, but it's a pretty big reason when booking at hotel to stay at.

Personally liked the villas and the vibes at the hotel. Breakfast is good and so were items from the bar menu. Local food shops were the main plus, allowing tourists save money by offering authentic food at reasonable local prices.

Somehow the vibe isn’t quite there, the place doesn’t seem to know if it’s meant for partying or relaxation. Visited in January and it was quite empty.

Beautiful pool area with stunning beach and sunset views. The atmosphere is more relaxed and chill than party vibes, which can be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for. Friendly service, cold drinks and food was pretty good too.

No activities for families with kids, as table tenis, tennis or billiard for example. This is reason why I recommend better for adults and couples

Very nice small Resort, we were unlucky with the weather so I cannot have clear picture of the beach quality. Restaurants and shops arround, on the beach and Road but still quite place. Note that there is a beach club as a part of the hotel, thing you can appriciate or not. Small gym with new equipment available as well.

The venue was not really kid friendly with restrictive times for the kids activities. And for some strange reason the kitchen closed every day between 5-6pm, with the pizza oven being closed even earlier at 4pm, which is bang in the middle of toddler meal times.

The breakfast staff were excellent and accommodated our families needs very well.

Breakfast was awful. Not a standard I would expect from a hotel. They have good number of options but the food quality was poor. Overall good quality from lunch and dinner was poor and overpriced for what it is. As there is not much else for food around the area; this is a tricky situation. I loved the hotel but would not visit for this reason.

Great location for a quieter beach holiday. The hotel is not big so the area is quiet around the rooms and peaceful. The rooms are nice and spacious and some staff are lovely but reception not so much. Love the pool as it’s 75m long so you can get a good workout.
