The breakfast isn’t amazing but great to have such a wide spread included. The bathroom being so exposed to the bedroom is the only down side

The hotel was beautiful and so clean! The beds were so comfy and the location was perfect for the beach and popular places nearby. The free shuttle to the beach is also really useful.

Ok, the fridge, whilst on, did not cool down at all ? Next, the room layout was odd ! No separate shower or toilet room. It was all in the same room with cubicles to walk into. The layout was pleasing to the eye but in no way practical. The lighting system for the cubicles would light the whole room up waking my sleeping partner every time. There is not enough wardrobe space and the wardrobe shelving area had no doors making everything look untidy all the time. We only had 3 hangers for our clothes ? The bedside tables are tiny, not enough room to put much on. We accidentally smashed a small drinking glass and they charged us for it. I was a bit surprised at this considering we had parted with £321 for 3 nights there.

Very clean, lovely pool area with a relaxed chilled feel to it. The breakfast area was modern with nice choice of food and drinks. The room was like brand new. Nice decor. Ours overlooked the pool on the 2 nd floor and we had a nice balcony. Reception area was like a sea of calm and tranquility in an otherwise busy location.

Breakfast was decent. If you're in the room through the day you can hear a bit of noise from people outside the room but it's not terrible.

Really enjoyed the room and the view, it was also very close to Kata beach and a good location to go around Phuket itself. They also had shuttle options throughout the day to the beach. The staff were very helpful and provided anything we needed.

There was a bit of a big brother vibe at times. Don't know if they have problems with people stealing things. I thought the 6000 baht cash deposit was a bit steep. Again, could be the nature of the sorts of vacationers in Phuket. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me a service fee for something like getting a taxi when other hotels haven't done that.

Very new and clean feel. Staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was really good. This area, Kata beach, seemed much more relaxed than other beaches we passed to and from the airport. Glad we stayed here.

The only thing is that upon arrival we were requested to leave a deposit in cash, which we were not aware of. Had to go under the rain to withdraw the money otherwise they wont let us in to the room. Good that the ATM was close by, however it should have been advised in advance.

I loved this hotel! Everyone was really friendly, the breakfast was amazing, really beautiful and well taken care. Highly recommended! Super clean, rooms was spacious and new.

The only con of the property was that the restaurant wasn’t apart of the hotel it was out the front so it was a good bit of a walk from our room. The room weren’t cleaned daily and we only got half of one toilet roll and a few tissues so we had to ask for more, there should be enough in the room

I loved the aesthetic and the rooms were so clean and beautiful. It was a very comfortable room. The pool was great and there was shops and restaurant very close by. It was one of our birthdays the week of the stay and they did the room up lovely with roses and towels

There should be more of an explanation about the activities offered on site and also shuttle service around Kata beach.

Kudos to the cleaning staff - the room was always cleaned incredibly well. The concierge was also very friendly and welcoming.

As a solo traveler it’s nice to be able to have a chat with random strangers… I couldn’t do this here as my Russian is non-existent. It was also Songkran and the hottest time of the year so even leaving the air conditioned comfort of the room while the sun was still up was a challenge. On the map it look like a short stroll to the beach but as Club Med occupies the entire front and refuses to allow access, the beach is more a long walk than it is a short stroll. Still, I can’t blame Niranapa for that. One thing, you need more than one coffee machine at breakfast.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area is all open and beautifully simple in a Thai kind of way. And considering the amount of activity around, it was very quiet.

The buffet style breakfast was a bit of a let down but easily fixable. All hot food was stone cold - this unfortunately wasn’t a one off, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights and each morning was the same. The pool area lacked a bit of atmosphere, a little music would be great!

Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful - never without a smile on their face. The room was clean, modern and beautiful, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We heard the staff communicate in the morning on their walkie talkies through the door and other guests were smoking by the pool, but overall we had a great stay.

The resort is an oasis of calm within a bustling street of Phuket. Great to relax by the pool, the property is clean and modern and the bed is very comfortable.

The gym is very basic, the pool is an ok size but got so warm that I couldn't use it (can't blame them though). The laundry service in comparison to what you can find on the street is very expensive. And as many mentioned already the breakfast is not great, for example no chocolate spread or cheese but a full on salad bar for breakfast. Also if you don't come right at the begging the food will most likely be cold.

The resort is brand new so everything looked great, the staff was very friendly and professional. Location is ok, the walk to the beach is about 8-10min but the resort offers a shuttle that drives every 2 hours to and from the beach. There is a 7-11 right Infront, also an atm. They have room service from their restaurant that also does the breakfast. They have luggage service, a scale and a foil wrapping machine for your luggage.
