Only reason to mark this hotel down. On arrival, we checked into our room and found the safe wasn’t working, appeared the battery had gone. I spoke with reception who came up to check and said yes battery gone, they would get it sorted whilst we were out for dinner. They never did resolve the issue so our valuables were left unsecured.

Location is great, easy access to all the main places but also slightly off the main drag so quiet of the evening. Big double bed and room good size. Staff were friendly.

Patio could have been bigger, we booked a pool view room did not get it. This booking was arranged 8 months prior.

Breakfast was ok, taxis don’t know where Orchid Garden is, but they know Patong Whiskey Co.

The staff didn’t talk English so was a bit difficult to ask some things that we need like breakfast to take away, they didn’t understand. A lot of mosquitos in the room

The pool photo makes it look much larger than it is. Pool is about 5 metres long.

This is like a quiet oasis in noisy, overcrowded Patong, thanks to the hotel being located on the south edge of Patong in a quiet street with no through traffic. The staff are fabulous. You can order breakfast from 5.30 am until 14.30. And lovely Thai food for lunch or dinner.

The receptionist at night specifically doesnt know English and doesnt understands anything. We had hard time as we had issue with electricity in room and nobody to fix. There was no power and she couldnt understand. 2 hours got wasted of ours. And also they didnt had card payment option so we had to pay to the other hotel which we promised we will, still the night receptionist kept ringing our room doorbell while we were getting ready. This made stay very annoying. Language might be a problem. Also they dont serve breakfast too.

The location for sure. Patong Beach, Bangla road and the nightmarket is walkable. The hotel is good and clean.

It is far from the caos of Patong, which is great if you need a good night sleep and need to relax. The room looked better in the pictures, needs to be refreshed. However, it's good if you just spend the night to sleep. Staff doesn't speak English, just a little, but they were very friendly!

There's problems in the bathroom. The shower drain wasn't working fine( Also, not enough hangers and hooks for clothes.

The room was nice and light with a big balcony. It was always clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The location is good. It was 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes away from the food market. Also there is a really nice pool.

We decided to stay 2 extra nights after booking 3 online. They told us a price and then and end of stayed they added on a breakfast fee without notifying us.

Everything was good overall with location, nice pool, and everything is comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel. Walk to beach in 15 min. Good pool. Very nice room. Calm during night. Thankfully not the busy area. Helpful reception.

There's room for two improvements that would make the score a 10 instead of a 9: - The shower drain did not drain properly so the water quickly overflowed (a glass door instead of curtain would be nice too!) - Couldn't fully close the curtains in the room, so it wasn't completely dark in the mornings.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Hotel and the room were a lot better than on the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location is good, it is a little walk to the beach but that was totally fine for us.

Great pool area good to chill and relax. Not a far walk from the strip or the beach but also quiet at night. Really lovely and friendly staff. The room was big and really comfortable!

Breakfast so limited, if you vegetarian will manage by your own, they can't offer anything apart of fixed option

Location is cool, everything close by, rooms big and clean. Book 4th floor rooms from 1 to 5 with good view. Sauna and pool so good.

Unfortunately, most of the staff barely speak any English. They did try to help, but it was hard to communicate. Additionally, the water pressure is not amazing.

It wasn't our first time in Phuket, but by far this accommodation was the best. From hotel's location to the hospitality of the personnel, everything was great. P.s. Big thanks and cheers to the lady mostly on the night shift, she was very nice. She should have some rest though ;)
