Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

VietnamThe switch faucet for hot water in the shower room did not worked well. It was hard to switch and the water was too hot or too cold if you switch. This was a minus point from me, i did not really enjoy having a shower here. Additionally, the apartment did not provide dinner, however, you can easily find a lot of food court opposite the apartment!

The room was very clean with no hidden surprises. The bathroom was clean with clean comfortable towels. The staff assisted with getting my luggage to and from the room and the parking was convenient and easy.

ThailandBreakfast has so little choice, no bacon, red beans, choco, the croissant was dry, on the last day there where no sausages (2 emty tray's) BUT the staff was so king 🥰 The elevator check was overdue (30 november 2023) and we stayed there in december 🤔
Kind staff, clean room and very close to the Thai market, 5 minutes drive to a big shopping mall, massage salon, nail salon, 7eleven...I only can recommend this hotel 🙏🙏🙏

United StatesNoise in the evening from the outdoor restaurant across the street. Live music (and of poor quality) until 10, 11, or 12 PM. Consider trading the view side for the other more quiet side of the hotel.
Great gym attached to the hotel and access included with the room. Huge shopping mall 7 minute walk away. rooms are clean and sufficiently sized with a desk and small balcony. Great roof top pool with city view (see live music noise trade off comment below). Suggest upgrading the room, at least the first upgrade. The second upgrade to a suite is also recommended. The suite option doubles the room size and provides a clothes washing machine in the room.

United StatesGreat Location. Complimentary Gym is a full commercial gym comparable to full gyms in the USA and attached to the hotel. Major shopping mall located and easy 7 min walk from hotel. Roof top infinite pool has a great view and you generally have it to yourself. Recommend selecting the "Superior" option to get view from the room, microwave, upgraded furnishings. It is well worth the extra few dollars.

GermanyThe furniture and facilities are aging. especially bathroom. However that would not really concern me. I have been staying many times here over the last 8 years but never experienced anything like this time. there were cockroaches in my room. I killed every day a few. even in the kitchen drawers and waste bin compartment. this was disgusting. further, there was a strong smell of trash in the corridor on my floor. like I said, never ever had that before.
I like the concept of this property. It is like a serviced apartment. Two rooms with enough space and full kitchen with laundry machine.
