From arrival to leaving the hotel was amazing. We used the private transfers, even though it's a lot more expensive, the stress free element was priceless. Picked up from the previous hotel, car to the marina then speedboat directly to the hotel, they even arranged transport back to the next hotel we stayed in. The rooms were clean and spacious, right on the seafront. The food was really good, we ate mostly at Api restaurant. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they honestly couldn't do more for you. We did the full day excursion to the other islands and beaches which was just incredible. The app this hotel uses to view menus and things going on in the hotel, to speak to reception staff, to book anything, made our stay a lot easier. We will definitely be back.

It's a beautiful resort. The beach is beautiful. It's amazing for snorkelling too. Loved my stay here. Extremely comfortable, good food and lovely staff.

Transportation thru the hotel is quite expensive.

Its really a resort on its own with nothing around it. It feels as an big all inclusive resort sometimes especially during breakfast. You can only get there by longtail boat so make sure to arrange this with the hotel upfront!

This resort has everything you need! Good personell, nice beach and good pools. It has multiple restaurants and nice cars to take you everywhere you want. They also have an app to order anything like activities, Food etc. Really nice!

The restaurants and the food in general was nice, but not wow.

Perfect hotel for a week of pure relaxation! Wonderful beach to just lay there in the crystal clear water and watch the boats come in and out of the bay. Each room is a separate bungalow, I would strongly recommend paying a bit extra to get a beachfront one, totally worth it!

The bungalow was spacious, the beach very nice, there are couple swimming pools. The staff was great. There is a very cosy local village just behind the hotel with few nice restaurants and bars.

The swim up bar pool, feels a bit old and the service at this pool bar wasn’t great, when it is low tide it isn’t the prettiest of beaches and not the easiest house reef to snorkel on.

2 pools, diving and recreation facility, 3 restaurants with great food and friendly staff. Also close to a small village behind the resort which is amazing to visit and support the locals.

The stay in the village was cherry on the top of whole trip to Thailand. Amazing food, beach better than Maya beach, hotel app - highly recommend! Will stay there again for sure!

The food in the resort was not a 5 star hotel quality. For a resort like this there should be at least free shuttle transport from pier to hotel and vice verse.

Clean and modern rooms, very beautiful beach. Resort is huge. There is 2 big pools with see view.

They charge for everything and all the extras are expensive. The drinks are very expensive and not very good cocktails.

the resort has a useful app for any requests and service. however chat messages often go astray or one gets a wrong answer, whenever a person at the other side is not certain. bottom line - call the front desk. they are VERY friendly and helpful

the resort is well located though it takes about 2.5 to get from Phuket airport (taxi + boat), so one has to be careful about time schedule, when it comes to catching a flighty. we were misled by the hotel during early communication, hence we had to take private transportation on the way back to Phuket airport. rooms are big, excellent bed and good ousted shower. there are several restaurants at the resort, though the village is 5 minutes away and one can have excellent meals less than half the price. Wi-Fi is poor and disconnects frequently. staff very friendly and are fast with delivering anything you ask for. breakfast is tasty and plenty of.

No free transfer from Ton Sai. Given the price tag, this should be complementary.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Good size swimming pools with plenty of sun beds. Room service, food was fantastic. Breakfast was the best in Thailand. Speedboat transfer to Phuket. Very friendly staff Free bike hire Marine Centre, shark and clown fish feeding.
