Cockroaches are everywhere.. They just ruin your experience at otherwise good place.

They upgraded us to junior suite and allowed us to check out late with minimal charge

Pest control of insects and air con noise could be improved. Booking was up to Dec 11 but two staff phoned and asked us to check out on Dec 10.

Felt like home with microwave oven, large fridge, TV and dining table and kitchen hot stove and overhead hood. Breakfast was great. Excellent rapport with manager and staff

Inside Room Light is Very Dim, Rest all is Good

No soundproof. Loud echo in the hall. If you can hear other people, other people can hear you, etc. The room we had is dated, need renovation.

The location. Room was very spacious (we're upgraded). In a quiet soi. Very helpful staff (front desk, housekeeper, security, etc.) Kitchenette. Private parking (quite limited space but I had no trouble looking for a space to park inside the compound). Spacious bathroom. Good shower pressure. No bathtub (hooray!!!). Bed is somewhat hard (would be great if it's harder, not softer) good for the bad back. Overall experience was good. The room rate's very good for this location.

Very close to Sathorn Market. Night market is very handy. 7 Eleven Pharmacy Hair Cut Wet Market you name it. Love to stay. Every staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Bare kitchenette. No sofa bed as advertised. Quite a few of baby cockroaches. Clogged shower floor.

When I left the female receptionist was not kind and she did not even say goodbye.

This hotel offers a good value for money with nicely decorated rooms and lovely views of the Bangkok city centre. It is quite close to a subway station and Lumphini Park where you can admire 3-metre long monitor lizards and curious turtles. There are some eateries near the hotel and unfortunately Seven 11, which is one of the greatest polluters of the Thai sea with plastic bags which are given for free to customers despite the 2-baht fee. It is shocking that they treat wonderful Thai nature with such a disgusting carefree attitude.

Beds are not comfy. I must say the mattress is not soft considering all the beds now are like tempurpedic.

This hotel is in a nice little area. Just a few steps away is a mainstreet with a lot going on: markets, shops, food, drinks. The room was comfortable with a nice big bed. Also it was clean. We really liked the breakfast and it was more than enough!
