Big choice of food for breakfast, the room was big and Clean. There is a free shuttle bus which takes you to the downtown and back (the hotel organise it, four times / day.)

NetherlandsThe check-in wasn't great: we booked a king size room and once arrived at the reception we got told that we were getting an upgrade for free for a sea view room (which we were ofc excited and grateful about). In reality we got a twin beds upgraded room which was something that we didn't want as we wanted to sleep together. We asked to the receptionist to get this sorted and we were told initially that it wasn't possible and that this could happen due to their admin/operations program (no idea what it is about and I believe this is simply an excuse). We were disappointed and we asked to get back to our king size bed room so after a few back and forth with two of the receptionists we finally managed to get a nice room with a king size bed as we wanted and everything got sorted but we had to walk twice to the reception, close back and move our luggage twice and discuss long with the receptionist to fix this and for a 5 star resort this is not acceptable. Breakfast buffet choice and service was great but the quality of the baked pastries/breads isn't matching a 5 star resort. My suggestion: have less choice but work on the quality
The beach was beautiful and allows to do nice and quiet walks (despite the fact that it is not possible to swim due to strong waves, rocks and to box jellyfish). We particularly liked the nature in which the resort is built in and the staff courtesy. The longtaley restaurant isn't special; instead the blue monkey beach bar was super nice (both food and drinks) and we ate there twice!

United KingdomYou cannot swim at the beach at all since the waves are too dangerous. The beach right next to the resort is a bit dirty and unkept, but the one outside the hotel directly is nice to look at.
Beautiful resort set among quiet grounds and surroundings - it feels disconnected and private. The room was huge, very clean, and nicely decorated with a balcony for sitting out. The sea view and being able to hear the waves made for a peaceful night's sleep and sunrise was spectacular every morning. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and help and even allowed a late checkout due to our flight time. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant by the beach had a good choice of food and drinks. Pool area had plenty of sun loungers and it was nice to sit out and stare at the sea.

CyprusThe all inclusive is fake and it should be called full board instead. This is the first time ever when we had this kind of a situation. During the check in process we were informed that we have all three meals included but if we want to drink anything in between, for example during the pool time, we can order it but it will be extra paid. The hotel is located on the hill, so you should know that you will have to take a walk down the stairs to get to the beach. Unfortunately on your way back, you will have to clim those stairs. If you don't want to do it, you can call the reception and ask for the ride on the small electric car, but it will take some time.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff in Long Talay. Chalita and Rungnapha took great care about us and made sure that we had everything that we needed, even vegetarian card and mosquito repelent in the evening.

AustriaThey pick you up From the room by golfcar, because the hotel is quite big, but still to Walk From the beachview rooms to the reception its a 4 Minute walk. The hotel is very Green with some waterfalls on the way to the reception. The Beach is really nice with chrystal clear water and Good for swimming. The breakfast was the best we had in 7 weeks southeastasia. They have enough sunchairs for everybody directly on the beach. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The Food and the Drinks in the hotel are overprized but its a 5 Star Hotel. Outside you can find some Restaurants, but Unfortunately More Western than thai Food. The rooms were very nice, much space, balcony with ociean view was really nice, very clean and stylish. We would come back!
