We knew it was not exactly a beach resort but activity center can organize tours in land or at sea. Hotel has character and hence feels a bit tiered.

Nice pool and kids loved it. Breakfast was great. Restaurant choices decent. Staff are nice but do need more during peak hours.

The property is beautiful with lush garden and a huge pool. The room was huge and beautiful with a garden area and beautiful palm trees. The staff was super kind and helpful. The breakfast was next level, the food was extremely delicious. Loved the restaurants there, great concept and great food. A good place to stay.

Food quality is horrible, especially the breakfast restraunt and the Asian restaurant. Only the Italian restaurant is fine. Spa needs major improvement in terms of the massages, but the staff is fine. Maintainaince is poor.

The service can be improved in few areas. Starting from serving the beer in cold glasses, and in general providing better service at the pool bar. The main restaurant in which the breakfast is served, often offers buffet during the evening, but this is written nowhere, and the restaurant is visited only by few people, even though the food was great. Also when we asked people at the reception, they didn't know and had to check if the restaurant will be open for the evening. There are little things here and there that can be improved and the hotel will be really exceptional!

The hotel is very beautiful, designed in colonial style. The gardens and the outside parts are also very pretty. The food in the restaurant was with very good quality and big variety on both breakfast and the buffet in the evenings. The amenities in the rooms are great, I personally loved their choice for the products in the bathroom! There is a huge outdoor pool with parts for children and adults only. There is also a beach just across the street, that is equipped with sun beds and towels from the hotel. The location is also very good and you can find lots of things around - 7/11, restaurants, beach massage studios, tourist companies for different excursions and transfers.

Checkin was not at all good experience. We were there for one night only and they took long time for check in even after 2pm. They were not knowing much about attractions.

Getting water is always a hassle, especially if you're at the pool. Feels like the hotel is trying to make as much money from you as possible once you enter the door.

Pool is incredible. So close to the beach too. One of the nicer properties you'll ever go to.

To be honest we struggle with this as everything was so wonderful. This was our belated honeymoon- 25 years overdue and this was everything I dreamed of. If I was going to be super picky I would say our room. -182 was beautiful but perhaps they could just make the outside bit by the stairs a little more resolved.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We loved our room which had access to the pool and the grounds. The bed was enormous and the pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast had an enormous selection and the pastry chef is a genius! Trips were reasonable priced but had a luxurious feel to it. We booked Club Millesieme and it was well worth it. It really enhanced our experience. What we loved was you could see the Director’s always out and about talking to guests and helping out. We asked about whether the service charge went to staff and they said every penny does which is why the staff work so hard to make the stay an enjoyable experience. Our children are grown up and we were a little worried about screaming kids but the hotel is proud of its family status but works hard to balance everything out.

The bedsheets had a weird smell. We asked if they can change it. But even after they changed it, it still smelled sweaty. The golf course is really short and there is no driving range, but other than that everything was perfect.

We loved everything. Everybody was really kind and helpful. The room was nice and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was one the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, we loved to wake up every day knowing there will be this amazing breakfast. The restaurant at the pool had some really nice food that suits with the beach. Can’t say the same about the buffet dinner, or the Italian restaurant. Pizza was not the best.

- location was far but no shuttles to the city. They infact wanted to charge for shuttles to the city which I thought is a cheap move for a 5* hotel. And that to more expensive than a normal taxi. - the hotel definetly requires renovation. Much much need rooms upgrade from room to furniture to corridors. And im not comparing it to dubai standards we had a 14 days stay at 5 hotels. - breakfast options HAD to be increased. More like a 3-4* hotel to me at best compared to other hotels in thailand

Only minus is the location of the resort. The beach in front of it isn't the greatest, you also need to book taxis / grab if you want to go to Ao Nang, Railay, Monkey trail etc. They also offer excursions at the concierge office but you can actually book them cheaper on the street nearby.

The resort is just all round great, not really anything to complain about. We did a bit of everything and enjoyed it to the fullest: the SPA is really good, the pool is huge, the Thai boxing and golf lessons are also great. The White Lotus restaurant, explorer bar and ice cream stand are also really good. Breakfast was also good (enjoyed the pastries more than we should have :) ) . If we are back in the area we will return.

The staff weren't particularly informative when I arrived eg had to go back and ask where the executive lounge was and where breakfast was served. No rain shower.

All facilities from the lobby, restaurants, bars, pool area, gym are amazing. Most of all the staff cannot do enough to help you, always met with the smiles and always checking to see what else they can do for you
