Restaurant - packed and busy - a scrum to get to breakfast. The other residents! :) after a couple of weeks on the backpacker trial the people here were rude / obnoxious. The bathroom stank of urine. (only here for a night - so quickly moved on) Food - the only time in 2 weeks of Thailand I got a dodgy tummy was after easting the Buffett.

Room - massive - family room - a bedroom each, a living area AND a view of the waterpark Waterpark!! Never knew it was included until i check in. BONUS! Location - good and bad - close to the airport - so handy for a quick getaway.

We asked for a buggie twice to come take us and on both occasions we waited for 25+ mins before just deciding to walk that entire distance in the heat. Also, we were put in a room that shares a private corridor to another room (the 2 rooms can become a single suite it appears). The other room had an extremely noisy family. We were sick and could not sleep all night, when we finally slept we were awoken at 5am by the family at the other room. Their kids were screaming and running around in the corridor and slamming the doors repeatedly. The mother was yelling and it seems that they came in a group with another family and the would gather right in front of our room. We tried to be patient and waited until 8am before eventually getting fed up and we called reception to ask them if they could politely call their room and ask them to keep the noise down. I am not sure if they did not contact them or if the family just ignored our complaint but they continued to be noisy. We had to change hotels because of this.

Cleanliness, may be because of the old facilities. However, people throwing garbage here and there. There should be garbage bin access all way to the roadside.

Our bathroom, although noice and modern, was very clean. Staff at reception desk and bar area really didn't want to be there working, was my impression.

The best part of this hotel was the size of the rooms, and a free ticket to the water park, and closeness to airport.

The location is dead area with few nice restaurants and 7/11 shops around. It is 1 h drive from Kamala and Patong beaches, the busiest and famous areas in Phuket. The housekeeping needs improvement as their cleanness is not so good, they leave some areas uncleaned and it happened they missed to change the towels. The most annoying thing was the naughty Geckos وزغ which made me inspect the rooms all over and keep killing every day like a duty. The resort need to seal all the doors and windows which have gaps. They responded to my request one day but I could not raise complain about every small gap. Using the buggy is a hassle from location to another.

I got a 2BR villa with a private pool. The resort in general is very good and is trying to meet 5 star standards. Nice design, close to airport, beach access, large pool, active place during the day only, got restaurants which provide 3 meals daily, generally clean with comments, friendly staff, air conditioning, etc.

Bit isolated in location but we knew that before we came. We got around this by getting grab taxis to the start of day trips, about 20-30 mins away. The walk 1-2km beach walk to sirinat national park was a bit disappointing. Great pics under planes but further along, there was a lot of rubbish on the beach and the walking route through the park was none existent, all overgrown.

Ont took a family room with 2 bedrooms and a living room but at our wake great moments of solitude the living room was full of water, it was the water of the air conditioner and they took 1 hour to repair all this. 😒

Since I was with my family, the fact that the hotel has a water park was perfect for the children and we were able to enjoy it ourselves.

The resort is big and was fully booked, the main down side is the restaurant size, it doesn’t make sense compared to the resort size and guests, the breakfast buffet was always a huge mess

The room wasn't spotless.

I am so glad we found this hotel for our family vacation! The hotel area is enormous, and there are free shuttles to take you to various locations (lobby, restaurant, water park, buildings, beach, villas). It has great pools, and the highlight of our stay was the Water Park, which had many slides and play areas for young kids, teenagers, and adults. SO MUCH FUN! Book a room that gives you free access to the Water Park, totally worth it! The breakfast was fantastic, with multiple options of Western and Asian food. You name it, and you'll have it! Eggs, omelets, bacon, bread, croissants, soup, french fries, coffee, milk, tea, delicious cakes, waffles, pancakes, maple syrup, fruits, noodles, etc. Mai Khao Beach is fabulous, and it's next to the airport. While standing on the sand, you can experience the planes reaching the airport runway and flying right above your head.

Family hotel for lower Middle class at the moment....very crowded Great with kids,but definitely not for a romantic trip alone or as couple. Noisy from airport Breakfast feels like a canteen ..... The whole hotel is set up for big groups ,not holidays of a more calm and romantic side
