Our room in the main building was old and tired and needs a revamp and updating.

Though in the website it was written pay at the property but they send us a mail just 4 days before our visit threatening to cancel out booking if we don’t make the make the payment immediately. Luckily I had my cousin in Bangkok who made the payments. Later when we went to the room the bed sheets were dirty and when we asked them to change it they were very rude. Worst part before leaving one of friends left her purse in the safety box where the was around BDT 1,20,000 equivalent to USD 1000. As we were very tired we mistakenly left it. We immediately called the hotel after recalling we are not getting the purse and the hotel denied that they didn’t found anything like that.

Rooms not cleaned well. On 2 occasions I was not given a bath mat and had to use a towel on the floor.

Great pool, very clean. Good location away from the very busy Patong area. Close to beach. The little gym was okay.

Food was average. Definitely don't recommend having dinner there. Go up the hill a few metres and there is a great place on the right off the road.

We had a balcony room. Room was good size, bed comfortable. Service was outstanding. Pool was lovely - great size and well designed.

Room not fully cleaned everyday. Shuttle convenient but not in the best condition. Electricity cables that obstructed the Seaview from the room, the additional cost for the Seaview room thus questionable.

The beach outside the property is not as nice as the photos make you believe. It’s quite rocky. If you pay extra for a sea view room you get put in the section that is closest to the main road and it’s extremely loud. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. The aircon reset to 23 every time you left the room and would only go to 21, which was still quite warm overnight. Worst bacon in history. It’s cooked way too much. It barely resembles bacon anymore

The property is far enough away to not be disturbed by the party that goes on in patong, but close enough to walk in, if you like walking and don’t want to wait for the shuttle

Not enough chairs round pool compared to apartments, sometimes never got a seat. Also limited with sunlight around pool. Food, drink and massages a bit pricier to places nearby

The room was lovely and so clean with great view of pool. Staff ever so friendly and the pool itself was lovely to swim in. Great location for bars, restaurants and short walk to beach. Overall very good place to stay

The location wasn't the best. Located on a main road across a beach that is un-swimmable with no sand, just big rocks lining the short. If you want to get to the walking street you can either walk along a main road for most of the time, or catch a taxi. Also it is a far drive from Phuket airport.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which I spent most time in, and the room was quite comfortable.

The room was more spacious that I expected and comfortable. I enjoyed the beach a lot and especially a lot of the traditional restaurants and fruit stores along the seashore drive and fruit. Beautiful beach as well. Breakfast buffet restaurant was very impressed with the various food as well as the landscape of the beach.
