How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was not anything we did not like.
It's run by a very friendly family who were very caring about our needs. It was very affordable and close to all the things we wanted to see.

The family that owns the business and all the staff are just amazing. Even Dickie the dog is lovely. Really nice people, helpful with everything imaginable. We would be delighted to spend another night here. The room is big, has a well stocked fridge and some snacks, the a/c works great and the location is quiet yet close to the train station and the historical center. We booked the boat tour with them and rented bikes from them, both recommended. Great overall.

The door between the two bedrooms has issues closing sometimes. It was not a major issue.
This place is one of the best places we have stayed in Thailand. It is a homestay vibe and the family that run this are absolutely adorable. They allowed us to check in almost 2 hours early because our room was ready! They are so helpful and provided for all of our needs. They kindly booked us on for a boat tour that is only 200 baht. There is a good few restaurants around, plenty that they can recommend also. Most of what you need they can provide. The rooms were clean and even better than the photos provided. Aircon was great and fresh towels provided. Plenty of water and replenishments. Other extras like snacks available at a great price. Breakfast was perfect, home cooked by the host. They have a very reasonable check in/check out/breakfast time. They also gave us fresh watermelon which was a really nice touch. Water pressure is good.

Very friendly family run business. Very clean and close to night market, river and some historic sightseeing spots. Even had marmalade for breakfast.

A lovely stay in Ayutthaya! Everyone working there were so welcoming and helpful, giving advice on the area and offering to arrange tours/taxis etc. They also.had the sweetest little dog called dikey!

Everything was great
Friendly welcome when arriving at 6am, they checked us into our room and done our laundry. Very helpful family run guesthouse. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! One of our favorite stays in Thailand! Such a cute dog!! We arrived at 7am from the train and there was space to leave our bags, we were even offered breakfast even though we hadn’t checked in yet.

We recently stayed at T&N Home Ayutthaya, a small family-run place, and had a pleasant experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. While the room and breakfast were nothing extraordinary, they were comfortable and tasty enough for a few days. Overall, it’s a great budget option for a stay in Ayutthaya.

It is simple, has everything you need. May not suit the most judgemental of people. Internet is not the fastest, but is fast enough for streaming video.
The host was very welcoming and friendly. So were the family and staff. The place is simple but in a very quiet area so you will have a good sleep. Free breakfast which we did not try but looked good, given new towels and bin change everyday. The place is a short walk from the bar strip with live music enjoyed by both tourists and many locals.

It was absolutely fantastic. The owner who speaks a perfect English gave us advices on where to go. We rented bicycle from them and had the best stay. Location was perfect, so close to the temples inside the city and the street food market !

Climatisation system to improve. A little bit complicated to make it works.

We stayed two nights at T&N home and our stay was very comfortable. The host family and the staff were extremely kind. They provided water, fruit and breakfast daily with a smile. They were very helpful, providing us with information on how to get around and sightseeing activities. We booked the sunset boat tour with them and we really enjoyed it. The room is spacious, clean and equipped with the essentials (AC, toiletries, clothes racks, fridge etc.). Also, hallways and common area are kept clean. The location of the accommodation is well situated in an alley (quiet), at very short walking distance to the main road and at close distance to historical sites. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation.

The structure is a bit far from the Temple area.
They offer the possibility to book a nice sunset boat tour in Ayutthaya. Clean and spacious room.

People were very nice and helpful. Bikes with children seats in the back can be rented directly at the place. They also organize a 2 hour boat trip to three temples which are further away. Breakfast was good, especially for the kids
