Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeShower temperature is changing every 10 secs. Putting it on hot doesn't matter because it will be cold and back to scalding hot then warm then cold. Unfortunately midway of my stay. The A/C in my room decided to malfunction and it was just blowing air for the whole night and day. Contacted front desk and the technician came a few hours later to fix it. Got it fixed. The following night the A/C broke down again. Contacted front desk again and I was upgraded to another room while I can leave my stuff in my original room. Next day came, my room A/C was still not fixed. Front desk said I had to move to another room cus others are gonna check in that room. Shifted again. Stayed in the new room for close to one hour and finally my room was fixed. But by that time I had only 3 hours left to spend in my room until I check out. Last few nights were quite uncomfortable but the staffs were very apologetic. So can't really fault them as they tried to fix the problems ASAP. BUT problem only happened in my room. Every other room seemed fine.
The location was very convenient. Every weekday morning there is food vendors just opposite the hotel to get your breakfast with variety. Even if there are no food to your liking, there's cafes 1 min walk away and Terminal 21 5 mins walk away. Multiple 7-11 around you. Traffic can be heavy most of the times. Room was spacious and clean. You can tell the hotel is quite old but is still maintained well and not dusty at all. Staffs were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit but far away enough to be peaceful. Rooms are starting to show their age but are still very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is close to bts asok and mrt sukhumvit, so its perfect as a base to explore bangkok. The value for money is fair. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. The staff allowed us to store our luggage while we Explored the Islands in south of thailand. We booked this hotel before and after the south thailand excursion. But you should clarify this in advance as the hotel has limited space.

Brunei DarussalamHad ti wait for 45 mins for check-in and that too when I had to really force myself on the staff that room key was given. However when I reached the room, room-service had just finished so I cant blame the counter staff. Anyway it should have been managed better.
Location was excellent. So many things around. Walking distance to Terminal 21. Room was great, although a bit dark but good for a solo traveller. Smart TV was provided and ample space for sitting. Bed was very comfortable.
