The SPA could me much better, because the standard and level of professionalism of the hotel stuff much higher then SPA therapists.

I liked everything, from the entrance to the room! Stunning views everywhere, starting from your room, following your breakfast cafe, on the entrance of the hotel, near the entrance on the territory of the hotel. Hundreds of perfect stunning views to enjoy and take pictures. Amazing and friendly stuff assisting with every request. Nice food on breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

The grounds and the setting are beautiful, the facilities are wonderful, we used the gym and pool and they were great, the room and beds are very clean and comfortable, we had an amazing view from our room, at night the lighting and the displays are spectacular, the restaurants are good qualities and good value. The staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast was good variety. We love the hotel and we will be back.

Staffs and Facilities ( Perfect for Family) Aqua play/ kids pool, kids club, restaurants, spar. Time off from being a parent as the children’s are in a safe environment. The Riverie put thoughts in everything, just Perfect.

NA Front desk were so helpful as were the porters. I loved the pool and the general ambience and decor were magnificent. Cocktails and view from the roof were lovely.

Location. It’s out of town a bit which is nice and quiet. In hindsight, we would have rented a car to visit the temples and waterfalls.

Lovely resort - very clean, attentive staff, delicious breakfast buffet, nice pool and good cocktails and food at the pool. Easy to get a grab or Tuktuk into town for the night bazaar. Hotel helped us hire a taxi to visit the temples and waterfalls.

One day they forgot to turn over our sheets but hey ho they still went above and beyond.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Robot pancake machine was definitely a highlight and made amazing pancakes. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond - they gave me flowers on my bed and a free birthday cake so great place to celebrate. The lazy river was so much fun! Basic but you can make it so much fun. I loved the doorman he was incredibly sweet and in traditional garments.

Beautiful room, incredible bed, super nice bathroom with a great 2-part shower. Good water pressure, and temp control. Roof bar is expensive (unsurprisingly) but it’s really comfortable and has stunning view.

If a was to find fault, which I’m not. Cushions in the sunloungers might have been nice, but there was large sun loungers with cushions etc.

Wow, wow, wow. Absolutely stunning. Great pool area next to the river. Splash park for the kids, not that we had any with us. Top notch restaurants, 3/4 I think. Rooms are large in every way, in terms of bed, bathroom etc. fab view onto the river & dining area that was lit up. I could go on & on.

Hotel is rather far from centre and will need to cab everywhere. Also our room wasn’t ready when we went around 2.30pm, and we were tired and hungry from the 3 hour bus ride from Chiang Mai.

Room is clean and big, bed was very comfortable and breakfast spread was amazing. Nice outdoor environment to dine and chill as well.
