Staff accommodating even though we arrived early at 9am, they let us check in early. The room that was available at the time was smoking room but you hardly noticed the smoke smell. Do good job cleaning!.

Tv choices were very limited in room , a modern upgrade with multi functional smart TV is needed, Room decor and carpets in Tower suites are a bit tired and worn .

The only real negative is you should be able to get a bottle of beer from the Sky bar.

The only negative comment I would have, is that if you decide to visit the Sky bar, the drinks are extremely expensive. I understand you are paying for the service and the view but I do think the price of the drinks are excessive. However this would by no means put me off staying again!!

I have stayed at this property multiple times. Every time I stay. The staff cannot do enough for you. The Rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is incredible. We were upgraded to a larger suite which added to our fantastic experience.

Check in - it was was a disaster...almost an hour and a half. For some reason 4 different credit cards of ours from 4 different banks were not accepted, because of some technical problems they had at the reception. I also did not like the fact they switched our anniversary with my friend and his wife, so they got a special gift instead of us.

Almost everything was great, just like 10 years ago... For the problems on check in - the reception manager gave us free drinks at the rooftop bar.

Perhaps the pool area is not as great as the rest of the hotel...considering the whole situation. But nothing to complain!!

Perfect Location , very close to Chao Praya River (close to Oriental Pier and Sathorn Pier), to the BTS station of Saphan Taksin , where you can connect to every place in Bangkok. Very close to the fabulous IconSiam Shopping Center, and also very close to Chinatown and Old district of Bangkok. And the location and views from the rooms at the Towers section of the hotel are SUPERB!! Also the access to the longe is a must! including the possibility of watching the dusk at tha location is something Unique! Also remarkable are the breakfast at Mozu restaurante. Somebody told me that are one of the best of all Bangkok...and definitely are awsome! . And of course, a must place to go is the Skybar, with one of the best views of Bangkok nights

The Lift situation - long delays to go up or down especially on the higher floors. Lifts shared with non-hotel guests using the bars and restaurants onsite. Also the onsite dress code enforcement, for bars and lounges , was excessive with staff busily enforcing even hotel guests.

Staff attitude and obvious training in customer contact. Lounge provided an excellent spread 0600 to 1800 local.

everything was perfect from start to finish like 5 years ago iconic hotel the suites are large and very clean we were lucky enough to have a corner suite and it was perfect thank you to the staff for the perfect welcome the club has changed its operation a little but it's perfect and still as good...the swimming pool is perfect contrary to what I read it is sunny from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the east and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. in the west ...the only criticism is that the roof top cocktails are much too expensive for Bangkok but the rooftop is superb and you can go there just to take photos...if I come back to Bangkok I would come back to the lebua

The hotel it self is well dated. Most facilities are worn out and the hotel location is horrific. But with this said the staff at the lobby and in the domes restaurants are super professional and up keep the higher standard for customer service!

The restaurants at the Dome are excellent!!! 10/10 We visited Shefs Table and got superb, tailored service!!

The property was modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient at their job. They always made a point of acknowledging you whenever you were around. The breakfast was excellent with so much variety and replaced when needed.

Furniture and floors are old and a bit ruined in some points, should be revamped. There was a small stove in the kitchen but no pot nor cuttlery. Our room was not ready at 2pm, we had to wait half an hour more, and overall it felt like there was too few personnel with respect to the amount of clients. Not everyone spoke a good English and sometimes it was difficult to understand each other.

We stayed in a Tower Club Suite River View. The room was big, with an amazing view on Bangkok skylines. Very good Wifi and the bathroom was amazing, all in white marble with both shower and bath tub. Breakfast was great with many different options, both local and international.
