There’s nothing wrong with this hotel, but there seem to be some better value options nearby.

I like the location here in central Patong, it’s five minutes ride to anything. The staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious.

Many reviewers mentioned a manager/owner, Derek. I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, but there was a man sitting in the lobby on a computer for hours. He never acknowledged us nor said hello. when we were struggling to get out bags in but he never helped or moved. I assumed he was a guest but thought it weird he was in the lobby all day. The all women staff did help and wete delightful.

This small, inexpensive hotel proved to be a perfect choice. Booking a one-night stay at the last minute for $31 for three adults was easy. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient to the Banzaan market, a nice mall, a Mauy Thai boxing ring, great restaurants, Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach, and just for exploring the area. The staff provided amazing service, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was nice and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax. Everything about this hotel contributed to a positive experience. It offered great value and exceeded expectations for a budget-friendly stay. The staff were so nice and amazing ❤️ with recommendations. They also let us check in 2 hrs early at no charge. I had to check out of my other hotel at 12pm and a wait for a late flight at 11:40pm (23:40). I would definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking affordable and pleasant accommodations.

The city view room was terrible, a lot of noises, but they have changed the room for me and it was very comfortable at the end. So, I prefer mountain View, no nose, clean, and comfortable

I liked the location, near to Bangla Road, close to so many restaurants and bars, I found one of the nearby restaurant and becomes my favorite restaurant, you can access to local and street food + 7Eleven. You can have your drink in front of the hotel if you dont like crowd, very good place.

It is a very lively/loud area so if you are looking for a relaxing spot, or calmness would not be ideal. There was a weird smell in the lobby and communal areas of the hotel. To go outside the patong area we tried ordering taxi through bolt it was quite expensive but also difficult due to the very busy location they would end of cancelling or require you to go to certain pickup points which were difficult to find

For us it was a pitstop so we booked for 2 nights, Convenient location if you are looking to walk to places. Multiple Massage, tourist booths, money exchange, restaurants, the night food market, Bangla street and patong besch all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and spoke english

Rooms are not sound proof and on a slightly busy street. So there’s drunk stupid people screaming outside sometimes at night when you sleep.

Noise from the street in case of a room facing the front. Probably, the back rooms are significantly quieter. Just one plug I could locate in the room. There were other 2 in the bathroom, but I needed them in the room. The owner or manager treating the staff too harshly. The staff was actually nice - smiley and ready to help.

Pretty close to the main area of Patong and the size of the room was quite generous. Bed was good, Breakfast - no buffet, but you could choose out of 44 choices.

The design of the basin in the bathroom is a bit funny. Its a bit too big that it block the way into the shower screen. One has to squeeze into the shower area which may make people of bigger size difficult to walk through. The location itself is a bit further from the smartbus or bus to old town bus stops. You have to walk about 10 mins to come to this hotel from the bus stop or walk to the bus stop. This is actually not a complaint for us but just a temind to people who want to save money but dont want to walk.

Excellent location. Stone throw distance to a fresh market with street food market in the evening and also close to the biggest shopping malls. The best is actually further away from the noicy Bangla Road but closer to local residential areas. We are in a four people room which is on level 5 and we got a fantastic open view overlooking the valley. Very happy about this. The room is neat and clean with a kitchen and a small balcony. There is a washing machine which is just nice and easy to use. Staff are friendly and helpful.
