Very comfortable, clean house conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood community near Mahasin Market with easy access to Bang Na area and all of Bangkok. Great for families or large groups. This house is nice and spacious! Host is very accommodating, hospitable, and kind. Highly recommend,10 out of 10!

Smooth check-in and a fantastic location near the market gave it an authentic local vibe. Spacious rooms with excellent ACs made it super comfortable. For the price, it was an absolute steal—full of charm and character.

Would be nice to have air fryer or small rice cooker to cook for a simple breakfast. Should provide proper channels for the TV and may provide iron (perhaps upon request).

Location near convenient stores such as 7-Eleven, Top Daily and local markets. Clean and quite spacious with modern amenities. Provided complimentary snacks and some board games to play with family. Chud, the host is very helpful and ready to assist anytime by recommending few places that we needed nearby the area, he also can be reach via Whatapps. Every floor are well air-conditioned.

Three storey house was difficult to run up and down stairs. Location was a bit far from the public transport.

It's in the heart of the area, away from the chaos of Kho San rd, the host was so helpful, we arrived in the morning and he said it was no problem to check in highly recommended.

We only stayed one night because we had to get a early flight to get, Chud is great host he helped us to change the dates of our stay and keep in contact via Whattsapp, when we arrived he explained allot about the neighborhood and things to do, but we only stayed 1 night we did not have time to do a lot, Chud told us if we be coming to Bangkok next time he can arrange some sort of tour of what we like. The house was above expectations, very clean and comfortable and every thing you need is there, he got small snacks, water,whole leaf thea, coffee, the house is located in the local community as stated so i did not see a lot of other foreigners, couple of restaurants, 7 eleven's, cannabis shop's and markets nearby,would definitely recommend this place if you like the local vibe/close to the airport.

The house was equipped with everything, plenty of beds and sleeping space, wifi was accessible on all floors, an abundance of space, amenities and snacks. The host was beyond friendly and always available to assist, a true testimont of the friendliness that Thai people are famously renowned for, being so considerable as to designing the bottom floor bathroom to be handicap accessible is very thoughtful.

Immaculate condition, excellent host, exceptional value for money. It is a fully furnished home for price of a hotel room. This is an extraordinary value proposition and was an unforgettable stay. My family of five including two kids and one senior had a thorough rested evening. It is an absolute oasis and haven in the middle of busy Bangkok. The property easily hosts over six people very comfortably. Amenities include a kitchen and even washing machines. Also worth noting that there are tons of options for food, groceries and bars too. Location is excellent if you’re looking for a stay in central Bangkok.
