We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RussiaBreakfast only till 9:30, but we came a little bit later and nevertheless were allowed to eat. Stuff has bad English, they could learn a little bit simple words to communicate with guests. But it is not a big problem, however we found a way to understand each other
The 3- person room with panoramic window and pool view was clean and beautiful, good shower with warm water, I didn't notice at first that in the wall there were 2 containers with shampoo and shower gel. Mattress is hard- it is a big advantage personally for me. A big terrace with a table and 3 chairs and a dryer for clothes. In the room we had a hair dryer and a fridge. Free bottles of water and towels smell good. Most of people in comments mentioned loud came from bars, it ended in about 1 a.m. for us it wasn't a problem at all, coz we went to bed later:). We didn't have neighbors in our floor, so there was very private vacation. Pool is not big, but acceptable for refreshing. Free breakfast was good enough- sausages, ham, tosts with butter and jam, rice, juice, bagged coffee, watermelon. Hotel stuff was very kind and provided us with taxy from and to the pier. We also rent bikes for a whole day there. Price 300b/1 bike 24 hours

The first night we had the whole hotel to our selves,so it's hard to say if the neighbors voices bother you. There were four big bars next to us but the noice didn't bother because they stop playing music at midnight. We had the four person room and had to get one extra room for our friend since there were two queen size beds and not one single bed and two queen size beds like booking said.

ThailandThere is a night bar near this resort that is open from 19:00 to 12:00 and the music is very loud and it will annoy you. And you cannot rest until 12 midnight. The music is so loud it's as if you invited the band to perform live for you in your room

ThailandThe room was small . The photos on the site did not match the room we received, the swimming pool was weird with a kind of rubber type tiles inside the pool that was lifting off where water had got underneath. Very strange indeed.
I liked that they came and picked us up from the pier and took us directly to the accommodation. The location as a little out of the way but they rented us a motorcycle so no big deal really. Friendly staff.
