Nice buildings with refreshing pool nestled between 2 houses. Comfortable, homey apartment with taste, functional kitchen, and nice bathroom. Yunus, the manager, was greatly helpful, very nice,friendly, and caring. Top price-quality ratio overall. In short: we had a beautiful stay.

Location on top a hill with beautiful views. The host was very responsive via whatsapp. We traveled with a large group and he was very flexible to add extra rooms. Renovation and quality of rooms was great. Architecture style was very consistent with historic local style and very charming. 5-10s mins walk from shops and bakeries, 20 mins downhill to beach. We did not have a car and it was a perfectly fine walk!

The aparments are very nice and a have a great few. I enjoyed the mornings reading at the pool. It is a really nice place and the owner is very helpful. Also there is a kite cleaning spot!

The living/dining room was small even for 2. You do need a car to get around the town as slopes are too steep to go to the beach.

3-bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with a dishwasher . Close to shops and restaurants that are also used by the locals.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Towels and sheets could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Wi-Fi connection by the pool good, but unfortunately in our room, was not consistent and rarely available.

Pool facilities fantastic. Bite Kitchen staff (Gamze and Bilal) were wonderful, kind and helpful. Gamze especially made our stay even better, she is so friendly and generous with her help and time. Accommodation facilities good. Staff all friendly and accommodating and location good for families as it’s set back from the business of the Main Street.

This is a beautiful place with luxury details. I was travelling with my parents and we received an apartment with three double rooms and two bathrooms and received a room with a view to the sea. Everything is perfectly clean and very tasteful. It is easy to park, there are shops in walking distance. Recommended!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. We stayed in a 2 storey room. The view was brilliant. The host was nice and helpful. The apartment is a bit far from the city centre, but if you have a car it's no problem. But the location is worth visiting because it is very quiet and beautiful.

The only thing that I can say in this section is location. It's on a steep hill and might be difficult for elder people to walk to/from center.

It's an amazing place. It's a full flat with all necessary things with amazing design! Staff is friendly and helpful. Flats are clean and fresh. There is everything you may need in the kitchen. I have 0 complaints and highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet city

I booked this apartment for 2 weeks , I traveled from Manchester And my family came from Tehran to visit each other there . The apartment was really nice and clean and every 3 days very nice lady came to clean the room . if I would tell the main point of our stay that was the fantastic view from the apartment. The Owner of the apartment was very helpful and nice person ,he let my sister check out nearly 12 hrs later than legal time free of charge which was very nice of him. Thank you and hope to visit beautiful Dalaman soon ✨✨✨✨✨

Bring your own corkscrew/bottle opener and don’t expect your apartment to be cleaned regularly. Ours was lightly cleaned (bins emptied, towels but not bedlinen changed) on day 5 of 6. Again, no problem, but worth knowing. There is no information in the room about Akyaka or places nearby. Only one staff member spoke English so the first couple of days until he was on shift meant not much interaction with anyone and no information available. That was OK but maybe they should have an info pack they can put in each apartment?

The apartment was very comfortable, the pool was small but lovely to use and it was very quiet. One of the hosts spoke excellent English and he was very nice and helpful. There were some descriptions that were slightly lost in translation which I think was us being dense rather than an attempt to mislead. So the coffee maker (for example) was for Turkish coffee not filter coffee. The electric kettle was a double boiler for the stovetop. The minibar was a drinks machine with very limited soft drinks at the entrance. The washing machine was actually two machines in a communal area which everyone shared and drying racks were small-ours was broken. The apartments are at the very top of the village next to the forest so you need a car with a good handbrake to use the car park which needs some maintenance. The coffee shop on site was closed. None of these were big issues but they are worth knowing. The village bakery is quite nearby but be aware that the apartment is at the top of a steep hill so walking distances are not wholly representative of how easy the walk back up the mountain will be-but taxis are cheap.

Nothing we particulary disliked but taking a taxi up the hill is recommended (especially during the hot summer days) and only around 2 euros.

Cosy tiny house with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Kind staff who were happy to help us with anything! Cute kittens around the hotel were an extra plus.

Wifi was not properly working, the pool is often in the shadows, and if you don't have a car it's far from everything.

It was a beautiful place with a nice view, very peaceful and calm to rest. There is everything you need, it is very comfortable and clean. The persons in the receptions were kind and helpful. The swimming pool was really nice and well cleaned. We fall in love with this place and wish to come back again. Thanks to all.
