1.The owner and all the staff were very warm and the service was very good. 2.The rooms are large and the facilities are new. The price for ordering hot air balloons is very reasonable. Breakfast is delicious. 3.The location is excellent, at the entrance to sunset/sunrise point.Admission is free. 4.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The trip of Cappadocia was wonderful and amazing.

The location was excellent, it's only around 200meters from sunrise/sunset viewpoint. The hotel and rooms were cleaned. The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with variety of foods.

The owner made it a memorable experience. He engaged with us constantly throughout our stay and always ensuring that we are fine and have what we need. He also arranged all our activities in Cappadocia like the hot air balloon and ATV sunset ride. And this breakfast is handsdown the best among our entire turkey trip. They made a variety of hot dishes/ salads and breakfast is never boring.

We liked everything.

We had the best stay in Cappodocia at Avilla Cave Hotel. Metin, Moya and Michael were extremely nice and welcoming. Metin was great helping us arrange for transfers to/from the airport, tours, hot air balloon rides and information about the area. Moya and her team prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with lots of different items. The rooms were clean and excellent location with free access to the sunrise/sunset point for balloon watching.

The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. I loved every item they had. I was upgraded to a better room with a better view on the house. I would like to thank Metin for that, I would also like to thank Michael..both for their great hospitality they've shown me in my short stay.

We are so happy and beyond satisfied during 3nights stay in the place. Everything’s been really great from the room (really spacious and clean) facilities( balconies- not only one but 3 in different levels/floors) which have amazing views, food (home cooked turkish breakfast) are really good and with a lot of options and the location is perfectly situated just 5 mins walk to the Sunset view deck and roughly 7–10 mins walk to the city center. And of course, how can we ever miss mentioning the most important factor that made our stay in Cappadocia worthwhile, the hospitality and warmth of Metin(owner), Michael (they both make a really good turkish coffee by the way) and all the staff in this place made us feel like we found family in them, very helpful, accommodating and informative. Metin helped us book all of our tours and activities and really tried his best to find us slots for our hot air balloon flight which has been cancelled twice due to bad weather, we luckily managed to have it on our 3rd try and last morning in Cappadocia. We’re so glad we’ve stumbled upon this place here in booking.com and no regrets in spending time reading reviews and feedbacks, it’s all worth it! Once again, we have nothing but gratefulness to these wonderful people we’ve come across during this trip. Thank you very much Metin, Michael and the whole staff of Avilla Cave Hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Avilla Cave Hotel. It's a beautiful cave like hotel, with a fantastic view over the city. The location is 10/10 - close to all the restaurants, bars, shops and hike starting points. Breakfast was delicious! Our room was beautifully renovated yet authentic. Most importantly, the hosts Metin and Michael were exceptional in making you feel at home and making sure you had all the info you needed in order to enjoy the region to the fullest!! Honestly, we haven't met such wonderful hosts in a while!

We had an extraordinary stay in this hotel! We loved its location (very close to the main attractions, the superb rooftops and the little village). The breakfasts are very copious and the rooms are very spacious. But what we liked the most was the kindness of the staff who made our stay a unique moment. Idyllic setting! No negative comments. Humidity in the room but I guess it’s part of whole cave experience :)

Avilla felt like staying home away from home, with authentic cave experience. We stayed in Family Cave room and it was perfect for our family of 4. Suite was spacious and had a separate room with two beds for kids. Breakfast had a good choice of dishes and was very delicious. Lover’s Hill for sunset or sunrise was just few steps up the hill. Finally, the owner, Mitin, was very hospitable and he was always there to help with any of our needs.

Nothing that we did not like.

Beautiful property with all amenities, shopping streets, restaurants all at a walkable distance. The room we stayed was exemplary. It did give a real feel of the cave. The owner was very kind enough and helped us in almost all our bookings (hot air balloon ride, overnight bus to Antalya, red and green tours etc). He also let us stay within the property till our bus time which was late night. Not everyone does that. He took care of us and definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Goreme.

It is very cozy, clean and so homey. Metin and his family is very accommodating. We loved the breakfast too, we liked the location of the hotel a very close to the sunset view point. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciate Farshad too for helping us and providing all our needs, we surely recommend this cave hotel.

Amazing location near the sunrise/sunset viewpoint and a great view from our balcony and shared terraces - this means you don't have to walk far (or at all!) to see the balloons at sunrise! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, wifi worked great, and breakfast was huge and varied. The best part is that the owner really made us feel welcome, ensured we were comfortable, and helped us book activities. Highly recommend!
