The bathroom was a little disappointing to us. The hot water issue was there too. Breakfast was disappointing too. The entire property was occupied by just us, perhaps the reason for the underrated breakfast. Otherwise, the owner is very sweet and friendly.

First of all, our host is great and friendly. He welcomed us with a smile and dropped us off at the bus station. He also honoured us by extending check-out time. He gave us a lot of information about the tourist attractions. He arranged a car for us to travel around. As a family of four, it did cost us less compared to a red or green tour that others charge. I know there will be a guide in the red or green tour. But, most of the info is self-explanatory.

It was a proper cave experience. Staf was very helgul and friendly. Location is perfect gor tourists and 1st time stays. Rooms are like caves a bit dark and low lights that can itritate you at point. And washrooms have a bit of a smell as there are no proper exhaust fans

All in all the nothing major to complain. The room shower was spraying all over which can be easily fixed.

The staff was really friendly. The owner of the hotel is available to cater to any needs personally. He also gave us information about the things to see in the area with a map. Breakfast is adequate as well. There is parking available on the street. You can have a good view of balloons from the hotel's top floor.

The bathroom floor became very wet when showering because there is no seperation between the shower, sink and toilet. Not a big deal though.

My room had a lovely warm feeling. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the veranda. The staff were kind and professional. The property was quiet and well located. I loved the rooftop views and the breakfast. You can see the balloons from here :))

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The owner, Metin is very helpful regarding booking tours, tips and he offered to pick me from the bus station although I arrived late. Thank you for the hospitality and all the help. See you next time.

Everything was great.

Coco Cave is situated an easy walking distance up the hill from the main shopping area and restaurants. Metin is very hospitable. He is available to help you with anything you need and is a great conversationalist. The breakfast is fresh and so tastey. I loved the menemen. The rooftop view is wonderful. You will enjoy this very much. I felt very comfortable in my room and enjoyed rest-filled nights. Everything was in good working order.

Bathroom was a little tricky to understand

Breakfast was amazing I was blown away. The cave rooms were beautiful especially the blankets. The host was very friendly and funny and really helped us with organising taxis to and from airport. Very much recommend.

I thought it would be nice if there were hangers in the room. There are also a lot of stairs, so climbing up and down with a heavy luggage can be a bit hard.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. With breakfast included, this price feels like a great deal. The hot egg dishes served on the iron plate at breakfast were the best. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. I would like to stay at this inn when I come here again.

Perfect stay! I booked this hotel based on positive reviews and it went even beyond my expectations! It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views and very close to literally everything! You will enjoy balloons show from the breakfast terrasse, no need to go somewhere and look for a spot. The hotel is very clean and has everything one would basically would need. Breakfasts are very good! Metin is truly the best host I have ever had. From day one it felt like home and me being part of his family. He is very attentive, always available and willing to help. He have detailed explanations of the area, activities, restaurants etc etc. I booked many activities (airport transfer, Green tour, Dervish show, Air Balloon tour etc) with Metin’s help and they all went perfectly fine! He got best prices and chooses trustworthy partners. It was not my first time in Goreme and definitely not last, especially now, having such a place to stay. Being a frequent traveler, I haven’t seen so far this value hotel for such a price.

Great location and staying in a cave hotel is a special experience. The host, Metin, is really friendly and will help you with anything you need. You get good value for your money, my room was awesome and lots of places are within walking distance. Highly recommend.
