The electric stove in our room cannot make the water boiled. Cooking failed. A bit noisy when traffic passing by with loud music. But they offer ear plugs.

Great location: -Near M1 station, easy access to every where. -Walking distance to Galata Tower. Most staff are helpful. Spacious apartment with good view.

Our only concern was the noise at night. The windows include a vent and the central location means there can be a lot of noise. Better windows to help with sound reduction would be a good idea.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect with easy access to everything, especially when the front desk informed us of the ‘Tunel’ for travelling up and down the hill from Karakoy - the streets can be very steep so this was big help!

Highly recommend this accommodation with great location. Rooms are very spacious with everything you need for the perfect stay to explore istanbul. All the reception staff we met were very friendly and helpful with lots of local tips.

No complaints had everything we required

The apartment was spacious & had a lovely roof terrace unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to use but would have been perfect to eat breakfast outside in the sunshine. Beds very comfortable & it was very well equipped even had a washing machine. Great location plenty of shops bar’s & restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday and there was a lot of car honking that disturbed our sleep till past midnight. Also one of the reception staff was indifferent and bored-looking.

The location is fantastic (just outside Șișhane metro station) and the apartment itself spacious, well-decorated and comfortable.

Facilities provided could be better - coffee sachets provided all had sugar pre mixed in them so we couldn’t use them; there was a washing machine but no detergent so we had to buy a big box of detergent ourselves. Moreover there was no toaster. For the price charged; other apartments in this same area are providing much better facilities.

Our stay in Istanbul was nothing short of magical, thanks to our wonderful hotel experience. Situated near the iconic Galata Tower, the hotel offered us spacious and comfortable accommodation, accommodated our group of four girls, complete with a charming balcony boasting picturesque views. The polite and attentive staff made us feel welcomed, and the surrounding area teeming with coffee shops and restaurants provided ample dining options. Being close to Galata Tower allowed us easy access to this historic landmark, making our stay truly unforgettable.

The area the hotel is in is pretty happening, which is good on the one hand but isn’t so great if you actually want to sleep well at night :) Our bedroom windows were pretty old, the living room had newer ones, so it wasn’t as noisy. Some blackout curtains for the bedroom would also be great.

The location is absolutely perfect, the tube station is right across the road, the tunnel train station is just up the stairs, pretty nice restaurants and cafes are also right outside the door. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, also available 24 hours a day. The view from our Junior Suite terrace was amazing!

The hospitality of the staff! .the apartment...the location..the bathroom , kitchen n living hall made you feel like a home...Mr Murat n Hassan is a very excellent staff..Mr Hassan loaned me an Istanbulkart! BONUS for us ! Even they allowed my guest to come in without hesitation! My Malaysian friend said that she will recommend this Apartment to her guest. This is my 2nd time stayed in Galata M84 n my friend from Singapore loves it!

Everything was just perfect!

Huge apartment! It’s like a 5* hotel - excellent bedding, towels, comfortable bath, mattresses and pillows, great central location in a very good area, perfect kitchen and beautiful sitting area, lovely view, just a few steps from metro, walking distance to Galata Tower.

The hot water came in waves while showering and the street is kind of noisy but it's nothing we could not handle. The stay was really great over all.

The place was confy and clean, very modern and classy. It really felt like being at home while we were there. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near by, also a metro station is right next to the flat.

Wifi was fast but intermittently cuts out. Hope stability can improve!

Rooms were very clean and tidy (we booked 3 rooms and this was true for all of them!). All appliances were working great. Staff were extremely kind and helpful (thanks Hasan, Murad, and one other receptionist we didn't catch the name of!). Good insulation & conditioning ensured that we were kept warm in November. Thanks Galata M84! We hope to book again someday!
