This hotel could do a better job in reception and welcoming people. With a little bit of staff training this place would be just beyond words. A small thing to add it the door knobs, it would be better if the doors couldn't be opened without keys from outside. These are just some sincere feedback for improvement. other than these, GREAT place.

The only “bad” thing was maybe the shower head and the toilet seat, the shower is very massive which is perfect but the shower head is really small and cheap so is a little flimsy and the toilet seat was really cheap and wouldn’t stay open when we used it. But everything was so exceptional apart from this that it really did not matter

This Hotel is so beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much we wish we had stayed another 2 nights! The hotel is a very new (opened in January) and everything is so clean and beautiful, the property itself is so nicely decorated, the dining area for the buffet breakfast (which is very nice also) is so cozy and has a beautiful panoramic view, the roof top is stunning again with the ton of pillows and carpets they have and again such a beautiful view. We enjoyed a Turkish bath whilst we were there also and it was really well operated as it’s just under the hotel then you can come up to bed after which was really nice. The rooms are really clean and comfy, we had one of the rooms with a jacuzzi which was really enjoyable and clean too. We felt really accommodated and comfortable here and will 100% be back as we loved Goreme and this hotel too.

The hotel did not have many options to eat, so I had to walk to the city center to find other alternatives. I wish they had more variety and quality in their food.

We enjoyed the cool breeze on the hotel’s terrace, which offered a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel was located in a quiet area, but it was a bit far from the city center if you wanted to walk there. However, it was a good choice for us, as we were looking for a budget-friendly and pleasant stay.

The room in the photos appear to have windows but it does not have at all, and this was disappointing and I think that should be clearly stated. In addition there were several misunderstandings with the staff that I struggle to understand. In first place, after booking a shuttle transfer service from the airport, there was nobody there, at least they offered us a breakfast for free for the inconvenience. Then after asking several times for a hit air balloon ride, they did not helped us to book a slot and just told us that was sold out. And also when asking if we can pay by card a massage they told us that yes and you should see the face of the masseure when we told her we do.not have cash to pay her... the communication with the guests is something I would encourage to improve

The hotel is super stylish and cozy. Our rom was clean and well decorated. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 mins away from the main street. The staff was always super helpful and nice. But the main thing is the view from the terrace. It is absolutely exceptional!

Wi-fi needs some improvements.

The hotel is decorated in a local atmosphere and good style. The most wonderful aspect of the hotel is undoubtedly the terrace - huge, tastefully arranged, and being situated higher than other terraces in Goreme, it provides truly unique experiences while observing balloons taking off at dawn. The excellent breakfast is also praiseworthy, with good quality and a wide selection of local dishes.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, bed is comfortable. Our room door faces the stairs and lobby, and we heard all the sounds and talks coming from the first floor in the middle of the night. But if you are a deep sleeper it would not bother you. The rooftop is fantastic, it was easy to chill after trekking. The hotel location is good despite of the fact that it is away from the village centre. It is quiet. The central heating is turned on at the evening. It was easy to reach Red Valley and Love Valley on foot from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, and the omelette is something special! I would recommend the hotel for a great experience in Kappadokya.

Only good things to say about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the decor is spotless. Our room was beautiful, spacious, always very well clean and fragrant. The Garden Suites Hotel has an amazing terrace where you can admire the balloons flying. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel staff is great. Special highlight to Tugce who was always very nice and helpful. We highly recommend staying there.

Hotel is like it’s from a fairytale, incredibly stunning and great rooms. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff as well. Only opened early this year. Breakfast was excellent and location is great and includes a great balcony terrace to watch balloons at sunrise. 8 minute walk to the centre on a very good road. Better location than being in the middle of town or up on the hill to avoid endless climbing.

One of the best hotel so far. Amazing rooms with big bathroom. They serve best breakfast. You can have room service for lunch and dinner. They even have app to order your necessities and they will deliver to your room. They have beat rooftop and you can watch balloon show right from the rooftop. They also have spa and shisha.

Sometimes WiFi was not available in the room. The lighting in the bathroom could be better (lack of the light above mirror). Also light near the bed could be more powerful for reading in the evening.

Almost everything was perfect! Beautiful room, delicious breakfasts and amazing view from the terrace and roof. Goreme center accessible on foot with a short walk.
