The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided information on public transport, restaurants and all tourist attractions in Istanbul. Hotel is in walking distance of Hagia Sophia and old town.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea in the lobby are complemtary. Hotel is located only 10 to 15 minutes from the main square with Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

I wasn’t really fond of the location; the area was quite expensive.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly, offered advice on where to go, and provided an unlimited supply of drinking water and Turkish tea.

Very helpful Hotel stuff that helped us organise everything needed. Free expresso coffee and water in hotel available. Excellent breakfast with variety of food. Location is great, quiet road but just 10 min from Hagia Sofia, Cisterna Basilica, Grand Bazar and many other attractions. Street food and restaurants nearby very tasty.

The breakfast was ok. Lots of salads with mayonnaise instead of croissants or jam, or muesli with fresh fruit salad. There was a sugary drink not fresh OJ. The coffee was ok not great. Apart from the breakfast the hotel was really clean and the staff really friendly and polite. Good value for the price.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the rooms were big enough for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we also really liked the open terrace which offers a direct view to Bosforus, making our breakfast in Istanbul a lovely experience. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly and they even helped us with the transport card. The location is also pretty close to the main central objectives, only 10-15 minutes walk, and you have a bunch of restaurant options to choose from. We appreciated our stay there so we highly recommend this hotel. 😊

We booked and asked for rooms on upper floor. Booking.com said "town view". We had no view. One of the rooms was on ground level. Breakfast was ok, but we missed yoghurt etc.

There is not exactly a specific parking place for the hotel, but you need to find a place on the street, however it is a small dead-end street so it is fairly easy to find a spot. There was noise from the train that is passing right next to the Hotel, however this is not something the owners can fix.

The room was clean and tidy without us expecting to have complimentary drinks as well. The location was great as almost all the tourist sights are several minutes away in walking distance. We got directions and recomendations for restaurants, as well as places and markets to visit. The staff was freindly to give us information on low-price markets, instead of the tourist traps in the center.

The only criticism I can think of is the hotel being located right next to a train track. However, trains were coming very infrequently and didn't disturb us in any way.

Good, looked after hotel close to the historical part of Istanbul. The stuff is very nice and welcoming, they were able to arrange transfer and taxi for us, recommended restaurants and were genuinely invested in us having a good holiday. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nothing broken or missing. Breakfast was good as well.
