Reception staff need training. No smiles, no emotions, somewhat rude. First impressions count when walking in to Resort.

The food was not so good. Not much options as I would expect. I understand it's a muslim country but still not having bacon or any pork took some points from my final rating. The sweets all tasted the same. Not bad, but for being Ultra All inclusive, I would expect better. Alla carte restaurants for free only after 7 nights (1 for 2 people). Since we were there 6 nights we got no chance to try it. Of course you could pay extra for it, but it made non sense after paying to have the ultra all inclusive experience.

Almost everything great! Pretty much a private beach, many swimming pools, bar at the swimming pool, snack bar all afternoon was great, you could get a burger anytime from 14:00 till 23:00. Small water park for both adults and kids. Icecream, pancakes and waffles at the snack bar from morning till 16:00. Night shows were ok, I guess, what I didn't like I had fun making fun about it with my wife :-D All together, great value for what you pay, a lot of activities during the day if you feel like, and I would definitely recommend to everyone that wants to rest and have fun in a resort without going around looking at the town.

Our stay at the Mylome Hotel was simply delightful! A big thank you to the whole Mylome team, especially the the diligent housekeeping team, lovely guest relations girls, the fantastic F&B and bar staff. Special kudos to the animation team, particularly Berkay, who, despite his tricky work shift ending at 3 AM and starting again at 8 AM for water volleyball, still brought so much joy and energetic energy. He tried his best and truly deserves a promotion and bonus. Mehmet Sahanwnd and Hakan Yesildag from the F&B team were also outstanding. Your hard work has been noticed, and hopefully, the management team will take prompt action and reward you all accordingly. Everyone's efforts made me and my partner stay truly memorable. Thumbs up to all for an unforgettable experience!

The beach area was not properly cleaned (stones, vegetation, litter in the water), sand is mixed with a lot of stones on the beach volleyball playground, not many activities available for teenagers, the animation team is pretty passive.

Friendly staff, good service, many food options and a good quality of food, kids' club, beautiful design of rooms and public spaces, beautiful and well-cared for garden, great evening shows, well-planned territory (although relatively small), heated outdoor pool, impressive indoor spa area (with finnish sauna, steam sauna, hamam, pool).

The layout of the hotel was so vast that you could easily get lost at the beginning. The facilities and the entertainment was amazing. The food was not repetitive and was so tasty. The staff were just so helpful and attentive - they worked extremely hard to ensure everyone was having a great time. They made our honeymoon great and a holiday that Wel always remember. Thank you.

The bed was so uncomfortable and the room wasn’t soundproof, you can hear everything from the alley and from other rooms. Unfortunately, the curtains in the room (the thicker curtains) blackout curtains don’t cover the sunlight at all!! Plus, we weren’t very pleased with some of the members from the reception team. They were rude and unwelcoming

The convenience store and the hookah points in the hotel are very pricy. kitchen staff speak little English, it could be very handy if you knew little Turkish veggie names so that you could get the omelet that you want at least. Although the snack area that opens after breakfast is supposed to stay until 18:00 but they closed earlier everyday around 16:30-17:00) The 3 Jacuzzi in the indoor pool area are just jets with cold water. No option for hot water. You get the feeling that restaurant staff can't wait until either of the meals is almost finished as they rush to bring in their carts to take the food away from the buffets. So pay attention if you get to breakfast or dinner late ( like 20 mins before closing) it is highly likely that you will not find everything. At one night the staff turned some of the lights off when it was only just 10 minutes past dinner time and there were still some people eating Late check out is for a fee and cannot be pre planned until the checkout day in the morning. The kids swimming pool and slides should stay open longer.

Great stay all in all. The hotel is modern and has breath taking views, the style is inviting and has multiple lobbies that are inviting and spacious. You can sit anywhere and order drinks, dessert or even smoke hookah outside. Great rooms, new furniture, spotless cleanliness, quick service and quick response to service calls. Plenty o food and drinks. Bars are great and offer a very good selection of cocktails and drinks, sodas, iced coffees etc... Food was very good and the variety is great. The pools are very relaxing and the activity pool is separated from the two other main pools which is very convenient. The lighthouse night events stage is also great with many live music shows, drinks and hookah. The spa is wonderful. We had 4 treatments and they were all very relaxing. The Spa receptionists are very kind.

Although there is a swimming pool for 18+, there are couples who use other swimming pools with their intimate movements that are not suitable for children. So most of my time I was with my kids at the water slide. those who serve at the buffet,I want to thank them,,they were so helpful and happy to help. But the food is not five stars. There are no ice cream refrigerators everywhere, like the other resorts. There are only 2 for specific time. No different types of ice cream.

Hotel reception was good. The resort is luxurious and elegant. Services are good. 3 outdoor pools and a children's pool, as well as an indoor pool. Waterslides are very nice. There are also games (swing and slide) for children

Seaside isn't really fantastic in this area. Very small beach.

Modern-looking, clean, comfortable and large rooms. Great choice of food and desserts in buffet restaurant. Many bars with good quality drinks and alcohol. The hotel area wasn't noisy with loud and horrible music as it usually happens in Turkish hotels.
