There was nothing that we did not like.

Excellent attention. Very clean. Spacious room. Very Good breakfast. Good location very close to Osmanbey Station (1 block), in un10 minutes walking you can reach many animated bars and estaurants Mr Alper notorious with his assistance in fluent Spanish language. All personnel was very kind and very helpful.

Distance to Galata and Beyoglu. map & internet failed to tell us how hilly Istanbul is as a whole 😂.

Very clean , Modern and smelled amazing. Staff were very lovely. Upgraded to a deluxe room from day 1. BEST pillows!! My neck is so happy !

Nothing, I loved everything!

All of the staff, including Omer, Alper, Mohmud and Soni were wonderful. I can't remember a few of the people I met (like the lovely woman who kept my room tidy). The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The space hads excellent WIFI and air conditioning. At the bottom of the hotel you will find a spa with several free services, including hammam and sauna. You can also purchase several types of massages from Bali to Thai to aroma therapy massages and the space is so peaceful.

The room was smaller than I expected, but that is the case for most hotels in that area

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The manager and staff were very friendly and doing their best to assist. The hotel has an excellent location and is close to Osmanbey metro station, Cevahir mall, and to Taksim area, and there are many shops and restaurant nearby so it was very convenient.

Nothing made me a bad impression in particular. Only thing to keep in mind is if you are traveling with a car it might be challenging to find parking on the street. However, parking on the street is at least free.

Excellent location and very modern hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious and they were cleaned daily. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also SPA but I didn't have the time to visit! Overall, an amazing stay and good value for money. Would recommend and stay again.

I liked everything :)

Cozy rooms, friendly stuff, next to metro station, room clines and most of all very good Breakfast. There is also a Spa center included wit sauna, but massage etc. quite expensive.

The property is clean and in a very good location! Also the breakfast is great! The SPA is amazing and I recommend to try the treatments offer by the spa! People who work there are really good and supportive

Amazing stay at NEX Istambul. The staff is very very friendly. We did Hammam bath and with was a great experience. If coming back to Istambul, we'll repeat this hotel.

I wouldn't say that I have something I didnt like, but I would highly recommend for the hotel to have a bit more variety of fruits for breakfast as an option, or perhaps offer complimentary fruit inside rooms. Spoons for the tea in the bedroom as we continuously had to contact reception for tea spoons instead of tea sticks they offer.

The hotel decor is beautiful and the staff are very warm and welcoming. They kept our luggage after check-out as our flight was in the evening. Everything we needed we got the fastest help/assistance from housekeeping to the reception staff. Extremely friendly and professional employees. We enjoyed our stay.
