staff was always apologizing and not doing. they use a translator. neither english nor german are understood but spoken. big difference between understanding and speaking. i had a ton of ants swarming in the bathroom the first night. guest services did deal with the issue. there was lots of back and forthing but the bugs did stay gone. i would ask for various things for mini bar and they would not arrive.

i have never stayed an at all inclusive hotel before. the food was fabulous and one could go to smaller restaurants and not the huge cafeteria room with a zillion stations. the room was very spacious. great gym. huge huge pool. lovely beach. we left hotel once to see the town, which was lovely.

Only one unpleasant thing: the service staff on the beach. Every morning I swim in the sea early - around seven in the morning. And I see how the service staff takes up the beds - really towels. During the day, those beds are offered for a fee of 2-1 eur. Unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this level

We will rest at Paloma Finesse for the seventh time. I really like the aesthetics of the hotel buildings, rooms and landscaping. Pleasant reception staff, room cleaners. I like the food, the culture of its presentation. A real peaceful vacation.

The hotel is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The staff are brilliant and so helpful and kind. The food is immaculate with multiple variates for everyone. Also you can book your journeys with the reception with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend x

Food variety is very poor. It's not bad, it's still mostly good food, but I've been to this hotel 3 times, and I see how it's degrading over time. Also numbers are getting older and older and renovation is very much needed

I would increase number of reservations per week in restaurants (Med, Beach club). Sometimes, the cleaning service wasnt good enough - dirty floor, havent added tea bags/ coffee, toiletries, towels. Breakfast porridge was overcooked

Our 2nd visit to Paloma Finesse and we also stayed in Paloma Orenda in 2022. The hotel is perfect for a family with children: decent aquapark, territory and kids club. The staff is always friendly. No issues with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can find available even on the first line new the sea or pool.

Everything was perfect but someone from the staff stole $300 from my bag. I wasn't sure because I wasn't 100% sure how much cash I brought with me and didn't report it on the spot but when I got back home I realized that's what happened. I didn't let this ruin my trip but had to mention it.

The restaurant booking system was cumbersome to say the least. You must reserve a table a few days before you arrive because the restaurants were totally worth it. While the system says that the restaurant is booked out, when we got there, the restaurant was totally empty throughout dinner service or it was nowhere near full. The beach is rocky, but clean and nice. There are also water sports like parasailing etc.

The property was a very tropical feel. It catered to all family sizes and has a complex layout rather than a typical hotel. You are taken to your room with buggies and the handling of the staff at the door was lovely. The resort was a new and modern build, and was synched to tech. You could reserve pool tables and restaurants via their app, which was convenient. The resort is very versatile for couples and for families.

The room service was a bit iffy, we only received a top up of beers in our minibar once in a 4 day stay. Of course we could go fetch our own, but nice to have it in your room!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom swim up with 2 kids. The luxury of our own pool was a really nice benefit. The staff are helpful and there is no shortage of anything to eat or drink, with a wide assortment for both!

Some areas require maintenance, like the kit in the bathrooms (both in the rooms and public bathrooms), and some areas require deep cleaning e.g. for mold. Some attention to details... The food in general was ok, but it's not as enjoyable as we expected from the great Turkish cuisine, especially the meat. It seems there is emphasis on the quantity rather than quality and that's a bit unfortunate.

Great facilities, design and atmosphere. A bit of everything for everyone. The Waterpark is a great bonus. Swim up studio is totally worth it, especially with kids.

It wasn't possible to order any food to the beach, and there are only some restricted areas where you can eat, however it was fine when we already knew this rule, we just planned the meals in advance.

The hotel is really great. We were amazed with its facilities, the design of rooms and general areas. It was our first experience in swim-up room - it was excellent! Special thanks to staff - Ilyas in Beach Bar, and Zeynep in Beach restaurant.

This hotel, where we have stayed for the third time, leaves the impression of an impeccable holiday. A huge, beautiful and well-groomed area, which not every hotel in Turkey can boast of. Delicious and varied food in restaurants, including for allergy sufferers, excellent cocktails in bars that can be prepared according to your wishes. But what makes this hotel truly special is the attention to guests. We would like to express our special gratitude to Victoria for her care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible deserves a special mention. The quality of coffee was really poor regardless of where you ordered this. Given the quality of food and drinks it seems a shame that the same attention is not made with the coffee menu.

Only minor quibble would be the volume of the music around the poolside in the afternoons - a bit too EDM/aerobics session for an otherwise classy location.

Beautiful architecture and grounds, comfortable and stylish rooms, plenty of space on the beach and around the poolside and a good variety of places to eat and drink. Special thanks to the lovely Aziz O in the Med Kitchen who looked after us so beautifully each time we ate there.
