Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesEven the location is great, no taxi was willing to go to the hotel. From the airport, our big taxi dropped us on the main road and we had to pull our luggage for 20-25min to get to the hotel.
Clean and modern hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Good location.

BelgiumEverything was great!
Puding hotel is definitely one of the best boutique hotels I've ever seen. I needed a relaxing vacation to disconnect from work and I got all I needed - a fairy and not crowded hotel. The room I booked was nice and had all the amenities. It got cleaned everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful, the pool was amazing and breakfast was a rich and delicious buffet. I got there from the airport by tram (it takes around 30 minutes to reach), but I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for my way back to the airport as my flight was early in the morning. If you need a transfert service, the hotel provides that as well. I really recommend this hotel, as not only it provides great service and experience, but it is also very central. The coast is right next to it, and the beach is not far.

Czech RepublicOur room had a partial harbour view but the street was quite noisy till the wee hours, which affected our sleep. The source of the noise was the night life (although the group of youngsters dancing a traditional Turkish circle dance at 3 a.m. right below our window was the funniest experience I've had in a while) and the hotel bistro. If you come to Puding, try to ask for a room that doesn't face the street.
Beautiful location in the middle of Antalya's Old City in a beautifully renovated historical building. Rich and beyond delicious breakfast with the best börek, friendly staff. Easy parking.

United KingdomRooms were a bit smaller, however i would assume it is very subjective.
Property was located in a good location with easy access to main transportation, the seafront and lots of pubs near by. Hotel and room was very quite, which was exactly what i was looking for given we had a 2 year old .There is a small little garden in front as well. Inside the courtyard, they also have swimming pool and some gym, however we didn’t use any of that. Breakfast in the mornings was average. Staff was really helpful, most people could speak in english. They also have their own small open e-car, which you can be used by hotel residents to gain quicker access to the main market or if your infant fancies it which was our case.

United Arab EmiratesOutdated rooms which has interiors of a 2 star hotel. No elevator, so the staff will have to carry your heavy suitcases 2 floors. Deluxe room has a pool view and a roof view. Minibar with just bottles of water. Curtains are not blackout. Wooden floor board is creaking. A wedding party was going on till 11:30 pm with loud music and notice was given by a paper on the table on the same day.
Location. Decent breakfast with variety everyday.

United KingdomThe hotel was doing a lot of repairs. If we had been spending more time in the hotel it would have taken away from the stay. It was a shame the spa was not available. We only discovered this after arriving. The staff did help to organise a visit to Turkish bath. The bathroom door slightly stuck. This was very minor.
The hotel was a great size. The upgraded room was lovely especially with the balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Location in the old town was ideal. The view from the room was spectacular. Would recommend this hotel.

United KingdomAll of the photos showing the hotel are shot with a lovely looking swimming pool in the foreground. This was a major reason for us selecting this hotel. Unfortunately during our stay there was no water in the pool.
The hotel is in a lovely quiet spot with fantastic elevated views over the harbour. We really enjoyed our stay here as we were able to do our sight seeing during the day and return to a wonderful sun drenched private terrace late afternoon. (Not surehow any rooms have this facility - didnt look like many) We are cat lovers and the hotel cats were very friendly and added to our enjoyment. Food in the restaurant was good

United KingdomDated bathroom equipment which needs a bit of attention. Breakfast selection is not really big.
Great location. The hotel is located in a picturesque old town, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Clean room, small but cozy garden. A continental breakfast is buffet style in the adjacent restaurant. The hotel offers transfer to/from the airport.

GermanyYou should be aware that there is no close beach, only a small private one (Mermerli), very crowded. We are not a beach persons, so for us it was no problem to walk for a bath in the Mediterranean Sea round about 40min to Konyaalti beach.
The hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy Antalya. It’s near the Marina in the old city, a quiet place for relaxing. We really enjoyed the view from our little private terrace to the harbour. The pool is great and still open by end of October! The restaurant of the hotel offers breakfast buffet, very good one, and lunch and dinner a la carte. Everything I tried was delicious.

United KingdomThe only slight niggle was the annoying chirp of the electric buggy while it was reversing. Our room was toward the front of the hotel with a view across the terrace and out to the marina (beautiful!). However, the front of the hotel is where the buggy was parked and several times (early morning / late evening) it would be reversing...and beeping.
A wonderful hotel offering excellent service. Breakfast was exceptional with an extensive selection of hot and cold items allowing for a traditional Turkish breakfast. Wide selection of cheeses, salad items, bread and pastries, eggs done three ways, meats, tea and coffee, turkish delight! Staff were very attentive and an excellent level of maintenance tgroughout. Bathroom was well appointed with great range of toiletries. The hotel is in the 'old city' overlooking the marina and views out to the Mediterranean. And, inland, it is well located for access to Republic Square (Cumhuriyet Meydani) and a little further along to the Old Bazaar, etc. And the old town itself is a maze of alleyways with something to exxp[l;ore in every one...We must have ventured into them all, having taken a wrong turn somewhere along the way.

United KingdomThe only thing I didn’t like was the bed. I like a firm mattress, but this was like trying to sleep on stone.
The Pudind hotel was perfect for me. I wanted a short break to re-charge my batteries, I wanted peace and quiet, but close enough to restaurants and bars if I decided to go out. The location of the hotel is perfect…….the old town of Antalya is beautiful and staying at. The Puding places you right in the heart of it. Just a short walk to the harbour, all the shops and stalls, bars and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully appointed, rooms immaculate, pool area is perfect.

IndiaThe mattress for our bed was quiet uncomfortable. Specially if you have a weak lower back .
The location is great, so close to the pier and a beautiful view awaiting just outside the hotel. The restaurant attached is also a commendable . Breakfast was like that of the kings. The staff was helpful in preparing a ‘lunch packet’ or a packed breakfast for us for one of our early morning excursions. It’s a very nice and cost hotel and the pool area is quiet chill with a great vibe
