Much further from Gocek than I expected

The only problem we found was the height and position of the television, it needed to be lower and on the wall (where a picture was) instead of hanging from ceiling infront of patio doors.

We liked the location, peace and quite, relaxing. Local shops and takeaway/delivery service. Places to walk The villas layout was good Would definitely stay here again

Honestly, it was amazing. However, we didn't drive, our choice so no fault of the property. But I would say, if you are planning to do regular trips...drive! Our plan was just a couple of trips out, otherwise relax and unwind so felt we didn't need it. 1 very small shop (snack shop) about 20 minutes walk. Nothing else. Local buses were unreliable in our experience. And 1 final other point.. some properties had bigger outside areas, wish we had known this, would have be happy to pay extra for this.

Quiet and clean. Helpful staff who were there as much or as little as you like, recommended local taxi which was great. Such a beautiful quiet area. Well equipped, comfortable size. Really felt like our own little home in the perfect surroundings. Would definitely look to go again

Beautiful rural location with swallows and swifts. A short drive to the marina, restaurants and shops at Gloek. Very well furnished and really comfortable bed. excellent outdoor space, pool and good temperature and perfect for swimming. outdoor space and furniture made it an ideal place to relax.

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and exceeded all expectations. The whole experience of our stay was a joy and had been made even better by such an accommodating host who went above and beyond in helping us get to know the area, gave us information taxis and even recommended us a car hire company. He was always available to answer an any requests and questions we had and made our experience one to remember. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking to book.

Hot water comes slow to hot tub sometimes. People building something in the area worked in the mornings, and it was a bit noisy during the breakfast in the garden. Additional paper for toilet and paper napkins should be available. Having iron inside would be good (maybe the host has it one in his office?). Having quit time at 11 am is not comfortable.

This is a fully-packed house, good for vacation or any other trip. Inside is three rooms: bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting room, plus entrance room. From the bedroom and kitchen there are doors to the garden. In the garden, there is a pool (not heated). The house has a fence around it. İn the bedroom, there is a hot tub. It has two windows looking to different sides. So you can get sun or protect yourself from the sun at your choice. The bed is good, comfortable enough. The heating is from the air cooler. The kitchen has everything you need, all the basic types of dishes. There is a washing machine, also a dish washing machine, and also an oven to bake in. Everything is working and clean. Gas stove places do not work sometimes. You have to have oil to cook, but tea and pepper exist here. Tablets for dish washing machine, napkins exist, but there seem to be no powder to wash clothes. The bathroom is fine, and everything is working. The site is yet under construction. The area around it is not organized (no parking, ground road, not covered). A bit high ramp approaching the site. Early in the morning, you can hear the roosters. On the site, three cats live, very socialized - who I loved. We gave them food two times a day, and they stayed to sleep in the kitchen, even not bothering us in the night. The design inside of the house is smart and comfortable. The site itself is not very beautiful, a bit cluttered with houses. Anyway, it looks like we were almost alone there, only one neighboring house used.

Everything. It is calm, cute villa. The facilities were new and clean. Comfy beds. Great value for money!

Only negative was that because it was such a compact outside area there were no sun loungers that you could completely lie flat on, only chairs, which is a shame around the pool It is in a complex of other villas so you are aware of the noise at times.

There was a dead scorpio in a pool. Be carefull if staying there as there is a wild nature around.

Everything was new and clean. Pool was clean with a good temperature. Villas are situated in an old olive tree garden at the end of the village. The road is not in a perfect condition but the privacy of the villas overweight it all. There was a cute black kitty there (probably belongs to Santana Villas). Closest beach is Inlice beach with dark sand.

My main issue was Internet. I think it's about 7Mbps shared between all houses, making any work here problematic, and sometimes even YouTube is impossible. Houses are quite private, but closely located, so you might depend on someone's else music choices/party style (was very quiet and peaceful during my two weeks stay). Closest shop is in about 20 minutes walk with barely any infrastructure around, so I'd assume the location is mostly for car owners.

Santana is a complex of six closely located private houses (villas), each with its own pool. The house was brand new with state of the art modern necessities (gas stove, TV, AC, etc... even jacuzzi!). The pool was nice, regularly cleaned. The location is hikers paradise. Plenty of pathways to walk nearby mountains with stunning views in about an hour. But the main stars are the owners living just above. The property looks like a genuine family business with much love and investments put to build, and it shows. I was helped and even treated on several occasions.

We had a lovely week in Santana Villas. The villa had everthing we needed and Terrace had a great view over the the room and lots of sun. There was a pool fabulous and never busy. Location is excellent Gocek and other Beachs are not far. We enjoyed too much and definitely will come back to stay again.

The location is further than mentioned on here according to the taxi drivers. The taxis seem to charge extortionate prices, well past 3-5 euros so please take note as that really startled us.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! The accommodation itself was lovely.
