In my opinion, size of the room was quite small. Twin or king size beds are not enough for 3 people. We asked for an additional bed, which was provided immediately. However, adding a bed took the space, though it was still comfy.

Staff were super friendly, kind, supportive, responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with variety of options. Room housekeeping was done properly daily. Location is amazing, close to Sapphire, Kanyon, özdilekpark, and zorlu malls. Also, hotel is easily accessible to other malls like istinye park and Vadistanbul malls, Rumeli Fortress and beach. Moreover, it is just beside 4. Levent metro and several bus stations if you would like to use public transportation.

cheap instant coffee bags in 5* executive rooms (seriously?), too many wear and tear traces in the room, however the overall cleanness was good. Breakfast is not good in both variety and quality.

I feel the security personal should be able to recognize the guests, so no need for the females guests to put their handbags under the x-ray machine every time they enter the hotels.

There are many restaurants shopping malls within walking distance. The metro is only 50m away. There is a masjid nearby. All the staff are friendly without exception. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh juices and staff are working like a honeybee to care for the guests.

AC in the suite was not too much cold .. i reserved a suite with door between the room and living area and i confirmed it before I arrive but when we checked in they said its not available

The lady in the lounge (20th floor) is very wonderful and very kind, i send her my family regards and gratitudues The Hotel is well kept nice and cozy located very close to metro station The taxi need to be changed , it is 5 stars hotel need to call a better cars for guests and the receptionisit " lady" was impolite and show no empthay with my concern when i raised the matter and she was shouting

Nothing ! Everything exceeded my expectations.

Staff were very kind, helpful and always smiling. The location is amazing; everything is close to the hotel. Breakfast and lunch were extremely delicious and the service was excellent. Wifi is very fast. I seriously recommend people specially families to stay in this hotel since it’s safe and clean.

Quite close to the new Istambul airport, as well as to the shopping areas. We stayed at the suit and it was fantastic-spacious, comfortable, clean and well though-through. Personnel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate at the reception, at SPA, even the room service was more than excellent. Good lavish breakfast, ideal service of the canteen personnel - everything was just great!

Only some minor moments, when the staff should be more attentive to details. E.g. one time a trash bin remained full after room cleanup, also sometimes there were no cups or spoons at breakfast venue so we had to go ask for them.

The room is spacious, very clean and well designed. Furniture looks very new, the beds are comfortable, and the windows are soundproof. Breakfast was good. The location is great for transport, the hotel is near metro station and airport bus stop. Staff are polite and helpful.

Everything was ok

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and expert enough in their tasks, the location was great, metro and bus station was just beside the hotel and there were two good shopping mall near it. They also arranged early check in and late check out for me.
