The AC stopped working at night and the windows wouldn't fully open. Meaning I had to try and sleep in a hot and uncomfortable room, which was quite difficult. Had I known the AC stopped at night I would have turned it on earlier to take the temperature down.

They carried out noisy repairs on the floor where we were accommodated, in the interval 12:00 - 15:00. That's why we couldn't rest well.

Everything was nice, big enought room, comfortable bed. We arrived earlier than 12:00, but we were accommodated in a room. Very good location, and free car parking.

For a 5 star hotel, there might have been a guy to pick up the cars in front and park them in and out.

The air conditioning is directed to the bed. Like pretty much everyone in the city, the staff doesn't understand a word (almost literally) of English.

Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with a large choice. Cheap by European standards. Friendly and, once you manage to make them understand what you need, helpful staff.

The reception speaks good English. Love the hotel. Fair price, comfortable and very clean stay. The breakfast spread has a lot of variety. They also offer lunch and dinner. Room was spacious! They alao have parking space for cars (limited).

Highly recommended!! Really this is the best hotel I've ever stayed! truly everything was exceptional, I stayed 4 nights it exceeded my expectations. Staff are very friendly and helpful regarding everything (reception, housekeeping, restaurant... etc), a very big thanks for them ❤️ The breakfast was so good and it was open buffet, there were many options. I booked an attic room by mistake but I'm really so happy because of this mistake 😅 the room was at the roof and it was better than the normal rooms, the room was large and the bathroom was large too, lights are wonderful and you can control them from everywhere, if you're working on a laptop there's a nice office and office-chair, the bed was so comfortable. Regarding the cleanliness, it was more than awesome! everything was clean, the hotel itself, bathroom, desks and the ground, restaurant. Everything that you see in the pictures is same as the reality, it's highly recommended.

Everything in the hotel was great but the staff was truly exceptional! I stayed one night and the staff helped me every step of the way. They gave me a room although I arrived way earlier than the check-in time. They upgraded my room since I booked an attic room by mistake. They had great communication theoughout. Spa is a different team than the hotel reception and they were amazing too. There were no massage spots available on the day I was spending there, but they let me know right away when a spot opened due to cancellation. Spa facilities and the massage was beautiful. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

Sound proof is weak between rooms specially toilets. You can recognize the words of the next occupants conversation.

The only complaint I would have about the hotel is the Breakfast. Everything else was amazing but breakfast was kind of a disappointment. They had a breakfast platter ready for every guest. Which wasn't bad but it had too many herbs on the plate-like half of it was full with that. I don't like wasting food so I would prefer to get my own plate of food so I can make sure to finish it. though they did have a small option of fresh eggs, watermelon and grapes and one sort of pastry available.

Amazing hotel. The best one we stayed in during our trip in Turkey. Everything was good. The rooms were amazingly spacious and big. we had air conditioning in each room and refreshments. very clean bathrooms (larger than usual). Honestly loved my stay. I even loved the entrance hallway of the hotel, very stylish!

Great hotel, good covid measures, parking facilities were good. Comfy beds and big rooms, anything you need is available . Rooms and bathroom are clean. We loved it, details are thought of, professional staff.
