The room smelled of cigarettes. I asked to change, the receptionist offered me another room, but there was also a smell of cigarettes. this is Turkey))) But the staff kindly offered me cleaning, and on the second day there was no smell

The hotel is fully consistent with the description, the room was pleasantly surprised by the large size, equipment, cleanliness. There is a washing machine in the closet, I saw it only on the day of departure)

A brand new apartment with great amenities, washing machine, good a/c. The reception lady was very friendly. They have a guarded private parking so my motorcycle was safe. There are many many cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Nothing specific. Probably the TV channels didn't have anything in English. It would have been more enjoyable if some channels were in English. If they are also catering for other nationalities, that night help. & the fact the door closes, and open very loud.

We liked the location, it's walkable to a lot of eateries, and catching buses to different places was easy. Love that the room (apartment) comes with a balcony. Having a kitchenette & a sofa certainly helps making us feel more 'at-home'.. Also having a washing machine is definitely a plus. In our 1 week stayed, we did 1 load of laundry, and having a place that's facing the sun helps the drying process. Staff were friendly despite the fact there's a language barrier. Being in a small apartment felt more at home than being in a hotel room. The restaurant & gym gave us more usage. There's space/garden for my walk instead of feeling coped up. It's also quite sound proof once the windows, and sliding door were closed off the road noise. Overall, I feel it's quite a remarkable place.

The room smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke and there were ash-trays in the room so I guess smoking inside is allowed.

This is probably the only and the best apart hotel in Mersin. The building is new, the rooms are clean. It has a swimming pool and the location is close to the bus stop. The rooms are cleaned daily.

It happened we lived in 3 different rooms during our stay: 1 room on the 7 floor was just awesome; the other room on the 1st floor had issues with hearing the loud music on Saturday from the restaurant they have on the ground floor (they seem to host dancing classes on Saturdays until 00:30 at night 😵‍💫, so avoid 1st floor rooms if you don’t want to take part in night dancing 😉); the next room on the 2nd floor smelled cigarettes (seems they do not have non-smoking rooms, as all the rooms have ash-trays), but it got ok in a couple of days. Otherwise the apartment is very good and I do recommend it for the price.

3 balconies in 1+1 room, clean, excellent sound isolation with the neighbors (all the time we thought there was no one else but us haha, but the hotel was full indeed!!), helpful reception girl (does not speak English, but uses google translator, so it helps to communicate without issues). Kitchen is equipped with kitchenware. we liked everything! and the hotel dog golden retriever is so lovely ❤️

the hotel location is around cafes playing loud music all night, which created discomfort and lack of sleep. Besides the booking I made was for double bed, rather they could only provide me with a single bed. The pillows are too old and inconvenient.

I paid for a non-smoking room with ocean view, but first got one which smelled like smoke and had no ocean view. After that I got another room which luckily did not smell to smoke. But that room also did not have a ocean view. Keep in mind that they can't guarantee anything even though you have to pay more (62TL in my case, for one night) for certain things.
