Non-smokers beware!! Rooms are all smoking rooms. My room stank like an ashtray. They gave me room freshener spray that masked it, but it really made me feel nauseous. By day three it had mellowed out somewhat. There is a steep hill to climb as well. It didn't bother me when I was out and about walking, but if you have luggage it's a long haul!

Looks like the pictures. The rooms are small but functional. It was decent value for money, but I also had a discounted rate I believe.

The bathroom smelled like there was a problem with the sewage. It was clean but it seems the drainage odours are gettin back to the bathroom.

Everything! I've slept in 3 rooms in 3 nights. First morning, no hot water taking a cold shower. Left for town, coming back around 6pm before dinner found the bed completely wet due to the leaking water from the roof (room on the last floor). Explained the situation at the reception but then we couldn't have access to the room as the card reader was not functioning. Had to wait 2 hours to have access to the room. Have been told that I'll get another room on the 2nd floor. Pack my luggage leave them at the reception to have access to the new room after dinner. Came back after dinner, the guy at the reception is bringing me to a room in the basement (floor -1 with small windows on the street). I refuse saying that I've been promised a room on the second floor. The receptionist is telling me that the hotel is full and has no choice. After one hour of nerv wrecking situation in the middle of the night, he gave me a room on the 3rd floor. A room that was not cleaned, he went to a room on the basement to take a pillow and gave it to me. I accepted to sleep on this room as we were in the middle of the night and I was tired. The day after I explained the situation to the lady who promised me the room on the second floor and that my current room is not cleaned. She apologizes and gives me another room. I pack my stuff and move to my room. 3 packing of luggage and 3 rooms in 3 nights. The only positive thing on my last day, they've accepted to offer me a late check out until 2pm. And a small note to booking.com : no client care service! Have contacted them, impossible to reach out and when writing on the chat, a promise to come back within 24 hours, I'm still waiting after 2 days.

The only positif point was the lady at the reception trying to help.

There was a market right next to the hotel. We were able to get everything we wanted from there. The location of the hotel was very good, very close to everywhere. I would like to thank the receptionist who helped us from the moment of entry to the moment of exit.

This hotel is not as advertised on booking.com, possibly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel room was filthy and was not cleaned despite repeated requests. The bathroom was dirty, mirror and shower head broke, old towels from previous guest behind the sofa are to name just a few issues. The whole hotel and especially the bedroom smelt of smoke. The hotel does not feel safe. I was awoken by police at my bedroom door at 12am and was told by staff this was a monthly check. I tried to clarify this further with the staff and was not offered an explanation. I have read that this hotel was recently renovated but it is the opposite and the photos on booking.com are very misleading. Avoid this hotel.

I booked a stay at Wind Suit through Booking.com from July 2nd to July 7th. Upon arrival, I found the room to be extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with issues including stained bedding and a dirty bathroom. These conditions were uninhabitable and posed a health risk. I immediately contacted the hotel management to address these issues. We reached an agreement that I would be refunded for four nights and only charged for the one night I stayed. Despite this agreement, Booking.com informed me that the hotel has refused to process the refund. This constitutes a failure to provide the agreed service and a breach of good faith.

The room was a lot smaller than we imagined from the pictures. The staff did not refresh the room once. No new bedding or towels. The trash bin was not emptied and there was no new water or toilet paper. The hotel was smelling of cigarettes and there was lots of loud construction work. The access to water was limited and when it was accessible, the water was dirty from the sink and shower.

Location on a hill, difficult to acces by foot. Very dirty rooms, air conditioning not working during the whole stay. Staff barely speaks English and not very helpful, they have issues with nearby neighbours. Stay away!!!!

Literally everything. No hot water. No electricity. Aircon was broken for first night. WiFi kept breaking. Staff were rude when I complained. The good reviews of this place have to be fake. The whole place is a scam and should not be on booking.com

Secondary smoke coming from another room on the same floor was a bit of a challenge. Hotel seems to be in the middle of a refurbishment, which was not communicated ahead of time. It didn't bother me as I was on my own; but would have been a bit of a disaster if it was a family trip and I had relied on the information on the listing.

Helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room, minutes walk from the conference centre.
