it is not safe as our wedding ring was stolen in this resort and the hotel management didn’t take that issue seriously to get our wedding ring back. It was really very very bad experience and another thing up on our arrival they made us be more than €1000 saying that each person should be this amount, as the reservation is better person not per room, which was very strange thing, so we advised anyone traveling to this resort to make sure that they will not ask them to pay extra money album. Their arrival where they are left with no other choices other than excepting to be whatever the hotel management decides and this is very bad thing to happen, when you travel abroad and find yourself out of choices.

Beds like a snooker table and Wi-Fi kept not working. Staff on reception tried to overcharge us on arrival.

Food was terrible, flies everywhere, my kids had issues with their stomach bad food and meat quality, i guess also the property doesn’t invest in bringing good chefs receptionists don’t speak English well some receptionists don’t look friendly rooms are ver old with weary design and carpets

Unfortunately one incident at check out was disappointing and left me with sour feelings . The interrogative attitude was not appreciated and caused mt great stress . Things happen , we all learn . On other hand as a fan of Xanadu , I think the food quality at main buffet and Turkish restaurant was served cold most of the time . Hi respect for the nice service team that I can't remember all their names.

Xanadu remains my family and friends our favourite resort in antalya . Entertainment team , resturants service team amazing . Beach and pool wonderful and cozy.

The rooms had bugs, the beds were not comfortable, the food was not good compared to other hotels we stayed in last year in the same area. Finally, sewerage smell was all over the main bar.

The rooms are old fashioned and small. The Italian restaurant was terrible. Severe mosquito problem! The water slide opening times are a little strange.

This is not a 5 star resort. It would be lucky to be a 4 star at best. Staff were rude, as if we were an inconvenience. The only decent staff was one waiter in the restaurant and one of the maid’s who were lovely.

Travelling alone, I felt closely watched by members of staff and not positively. I extended my stay at this hotel which I should not have done as after I extended, I had a disappointing experience. - I went to the guest relations desk and the staff left the table as soon as I took a seat, I was left here for 20 minutes and no one returned. As soon as I went to reception desk to request a call, staff appeared immediately at the guest relations desk. They made me wait a further 10 minutes, I left and did not receive a call either. - On a separate day, guest relations called my room after 11pm, which is irregular. - I had left my swimsuit in the changing room of the spa at 7.40pm, the Spa closed at 8pm so I returned the following morning and they could not locate it. It's obvious the staff has disposed of it instead of approaching lost and found or attempting to return it. I've never been in any other hotel which immediately disposes of their guests personal belongings. I received a response saying "This is the first time that anything like this has happened at our hotel" - which kept happening throughout my stay here. - I felt that I was treated differently as I travelled alone, especially as a person of different ethnicity, and non-white background. - Food is sub-standard, Asian A La Carte restaurant has rather old seafood and overall quality was not good. Main restaurant is ok. - The spa has great facilities but the massage was not the best, I was at 2 other 5* hotels before I arrived at Xanadu and their massages were far better in comparison.

- Staff helped me make a last minute reservation to A La Carte restaurant - Bartenders were friendly and amicable - Front desk leader was lovely
