There are many things that we liked at this property: - The staff is very friendly, they helped us with the bookings for the balloon, tours, airport transfer and they are also very responsive to all your needs. - The breakfast was very good, the lady that served breakfast was very kind and nice. - The room was cleaned every day. - The location of the property is near a lot of restaurants, markets and to the bus station. - The terrace is very nice, you can stay there to enjoy the view as it is always open. Overall, I really recommend this accommodation as it is very affordable and the hosts are great people.

The staff was very kind, especially the receptionist/manager guy. The breakfast was very good and you could enjoy it from the terrace with a fantastic view!

SpainIf I had to say something, I would say it was difficult to sleep for a couple of nights due to furniture being dragged in the upper floor. Also, we saw the laundry service was 10 euros, which we think it's a bit pricey, but it's an extra service so it's not a biggie.
We had a lovely stay. Things we especially loved: amazingly spacious shower, excellent room temperature without the need to use air con, room at ground floor, super varied and yummy buffet breakfast, the staff were nice and not pushy at all in terms of hiring services with them, kettle in the room, clothes rack, large window with views to the garden, daily cleaning service (the lady was spotless clean).

SeychellesBreakfast was good however, it lacked international choices. If more fruits were made available, it would have been a plus. ( only watermelons were provided) Please take note that Goreme is a very dry and dusty place by nature.
We were highly satisfied with the services offered by Abbas. He was very friendly and assisted us in organising tours , hot air ballon ride and transfer to the airport. The housekeeping staff and management were equally nice. Yusuf Bey is ideally located and is within minutes walk to many restaurants and supermarket. We had a lovely stay and we recommend the place.

Abbas, the receptionist, is extremely kind and helpful. Very focused in fulfilling clients needs, discret and efficient. He improved the confort of our stay in a significantly manner, also in exploring Capadocia. The terrace is a must, very enjoyable. It was great to take the breakfast there and watch the balloons.

Central location in Goreme, close to walks and hikes. I did a hike to Love Valley from the hotel. Staff are polite and help you with all the bookings for activities like hot air balloon and green tour and airport shuttles. Breakfast was okay, omelette was provided too. All in all, good value for money.
