it was rather expensive but that's okay. very nice experience

i loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were! they will explain everything patiently and you can ask them anytime. there's always someone at the front door to open it for you and welcome you back. the room was very spacious and looked more on the luxurious side, classical and clean. breakfast was pretty expensive but you had lots of delicious and healthy options! the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful too. plus the lobby smells really nice haha and they had this thing where they give out free snacks and drinks if you are environmentally friendly and don't get your room cleaned every day! but even without this 'project' they have water and snacks for you.

The facility is not the newest but very clean and the Chinese decorations are adorable. Amenities provided are also nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We spent a week in Taiwan and staying in 3 different hotels and here is the best.

We arrived early from the airport and requested an early check-in. they told us they’d put a rush in the room but it wasn’t available until 4, which is regular check-in time. After a 30 hour journey, it would have been nice to have had the room available earlier.

The photographs provided dont do the property justice; it has a more upmarket feel and look. We stayed in the deluxe family room, which had a living area one side and two king beds the other side. They provided waters and snacks every day, as well as toothbrushes, cotton buds, and slippers.

staff is excellent. very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the warm welcome. hotel location is great. next to main shopping street and 5 mins walk to subway. 7-11 is just at downstairs. Internal design is old fashion. But it is very clean and no smell. Room provides free snacks and drink daily. Room and toilet are big, and quiet although it is facing main street. Beds are very comfortable. The best in my trip in TW. I had a good sleep.

Big and comfortable family room, for 4 of us, with a living room and a separate bedroom. excellent and warm service, fantastic jacuzzi, very quiet- we were on the 10th floor facing the street but heard no sounds. The airco was adequate, silent but sometimes needed to be turned down quite low to be cold enough. The beds were comfortable though the king sized bed was a little harder than what we are used to. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the closest subway station. Several restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks at different price points, though most of them close at around 8 or 8.30 pm. Would definitely stay here again next time!

The jacuzzi in one room was not functioning. They provided one soft pillow and a harder one - both were not to my liking though. Not much of a view as windows were to the sides of the building.

Location was central, 5 min walk to nearest MRT station. Room size was considerably large, comfortable super large bed. They have heated toilet seats with bidet. The hotel lobby was clean with simple designs.

Location is well placed for use of public transport (bus, train, motorway…) and shopping facilities. Taipei 101 shopping centre is 15 minutes away by public bus. The bus 226 is right in front of the hotel, just across the street. Convenient eating places are also just along or across the street.

Washing machine in the laundry needs to be fixed as the door took couple of staff to try and open it for me.

I waited for 1.5 hrs until 530pm in order to get my room cleansed and ready for check in.

The only thing that doesn't make sense, other than a stationary bike in the living room, is that 4 out of 8 of the windows have blinds that are shut off and can't be flipped to see the outside. The rest was amazing...16th floor to be exact. Staff was great. Didn't try the breakfast. I'll be back and a big thanks to Simon for helping us out. Thanks

The hotel í close to a range of transport facilities convenient to shopping, eating, sightseeing, airport. Taking a bú across the street took ú to the Taipei 101, a large shopping complex where the Din Tai Fung restaurant í collated, together with various populat shops.
