How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There was a loud concert near to the hotel. Upon our request, the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a nicer, bigger and quiet room, no questions asked. Thank you for your excellent service!

Excellent, modern rooms, pretty colours & interior design. Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful. Service oriented. Food was fabulous, make sure to try the pancakes first dessert!

This time we stayed at new block and it was pretty cold in the room.Wish they would do something about heating.
Not first time staying at this hotel .Nice place ,great food ,professional staff and good quality overall.

Someone started construction work with a hammer at 7:00 in the morning.
The restaurant is wonderful. We did not try the breakfast though. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were very nice. The room is clean and modern.

The hotel is great and its equipments are very nice but we could not use them. - the indoors swimming pool was not heated and it was not available in the afternoon or evening, only in the morning. - the sauna was not working at all, not even in the morning. We came to this hotel specifically because it had these equipments, we wanted to use them to relax after driving many days in Ukraine. But we could not use them. Was a bit disappointing. If I understood correctly, this was because we were off-season. I should have asked what spa equipment we could use on these dates, before making the booking. The restaurant food was ok, but overpriced. There is no closed or at least guarded parking, you leave your car in an open parking next to the road. Bit scary.
The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large, the furniture is of high quality materials, the equipments in the room are recent and are all working well, the shower is spacious, everything works and is well organised in the room. Overall everything is in excellent condition, looks as if new or just been renovated. The staff is friendly and professional, in the hotel and in the restaurant. The restaurant is nice, well decorated and lit, spacious and comfortable. The location is calm and you can relax in silence.

The location was a bit noisy, and the hotel did not book a parking spot upon my arrival, which was inconvenient. Also there was a group of people who behave extremely loud up to 6 am in the morning, and there was no security to address disruptive behaviour.
I enjoyed the overall experience during my stay. Friendly staff, which likely contributed to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. A large room, providing you with ample space and comfort during your stay. Delicious food, indicating that the hotel's dining options were satisfying and enjoyable. Clean pools and territory, allowing you to relax and make the most of the hotel's facilities.

This hotel is used as an entertainment center, there are a lot of people, late night weddings, late night parties, there was a lot of noise all night and we practically did not have any very much needed rest. We did not like buffet breakfast - very limited choice, especially for those of us who are looking for healthy options.
The facilities are new and comfortable, the stuff is friendly. The menu meals are very good.

It wasn't hot water, we was call directly for said we wasn't have hot water and finally we totally wasn't have hot water during our night there. The cover for the bed .. we are couple and the cover was enough only for one of us. For us, at this price in Rivne, we are really sad about the cost of this room. There is few hotel have cheaper room and better confort. And last point, one salade with 4 crevettes cost 350 hryvnia. Even in new york it's cost half price...
The bedroom is really beautiful.

The hotel and hotel’s area isn’t finished yet, so construction works are in the process. It was difficult to find the hotel because of lack of the signs on the motorway. I arrived in the hotel in the late evening very tired and needed to have a rest. It was impossible to sleep till the midnight because of noise from upper floor, like some construction’s noise.
