Artem is an excellent host, always ready to help and with an amazing attitude. The hotel is excellently located close to great cafés and restaurants and the deepest metro system in the world (apparently).

I stayed here during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even sent me messages with times of planned blackouts, and great places to eat should there be an unexpected blackout, as well as answering my questions around bomb shelters. What’s more, considering its location in historic Podil, the hotel is extremely well-priced.

The Dudman Hotel was absolutely perfect! I will stay there EVERY time I visit Kyiv. Artem, the hotel manager, was fantastic, kind, and helpful! He answered many, many questions about the language, places to visit, and he helped me get a ride to the train station. The location was wonderful. It's a quick Bolt ride to anywhere downtown or a lovely walk to many beautiful, historic locations. I loved this hotel!

There is no room service. No lift. My room was at the very top of the building. Quite a climb with baggage. Make your own bed etc. No in-house cafe’. BUT many cafe’s open from 0800 within 200m.

Good value in a quiet yet central part of the city. Walking distance to one of Kyiv’s finest fish restaurants! Artem the Manager speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Very clean. A/c. Everything works as it should. Terrific Wi-fi. Metro within 400m.

They did not have an elevator, but Artem helped with suitcases - it was not a problem at all. Very helpful and superb customer service! Totally recommend!

The hotel’s location is amazing. There are a lot of nice food places nearby to have a great breakfast. When I arrived, I was met by manager and he helped me with the luggage, thanks a lot! It was also great to find some drinking water it the room.

It can be a bit noisy, if the neighbors talk loud or use their phones.

Wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. The restaurant street is just 5 minutes away by foot. The room is very warm (I traveled in late November). The host, Artem, is very gentle and polite. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay! Dudman hotel is a perfect example of the fact that business is as good as the people who make it. The manager Artyom is definitely the most attentive, polite, and joyful hotel manager i have met in all of my many hotel stays. 10 stars just for his work alone. You feel welcome at Dudman from the moment you make the booking until the check out. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, close to the metro, too. Lots of great cafes and bars around the area. The room was spotless clean, with everything I needed for the short stay. Thank you!
