Really nothing

I am happy I found this hotel. The location is close enough to walk from central train station. At reception were amazing people who were ready to help with any questions we had. The room had everything needed and was clean. The breakfast had 3 option to choose, we tried all three and everything was super tasty. We were allowed to leave our language after check out and even stay in the late evening before catching our train.

I chose this hotel because it was near the train station and looked good - it took about 10 minutes to walk to it (though it was very dark walking along the train platform so I suggest you walk the other way round through town) and the hotel is situated in a quiet area right on a street corner - so very handy location, easy to find, and in a quiet, pleasant area. The lady on reception was fabulous. It was late and I was tired and she was friendly and calm. I said not to worry about breakfast as I was leaving at 0600 but she caught me as I left and gave me a packed breakfast.

The kitchenette in the junior suite is a sink, fridge, kettle and some crockery + cuttlery. Could have done with a hot plate and pans. Also no lift could be a problem for some.

Room only had one electrical outlet, and it was behind the television - not near the bed, nightstands, or chest.

Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, and so was the cleaning crew. Free breakfast was filling and tasty, with nice table service. Great location near train station and just on the edge of the famous city center.

I wish the hot water was hotter. The temperature was only about 40C. I think most people would prefer it to be a minimum of 50C

I would prefer that the temperature of the "hot water" from the boiler be hotter. At present the temperature of the hot water is only about 45C. The thermostat should be raised to 50-55C.

The location near both the train and bus station was perfect for me--about 20 minute walk. The historical old town was also within reasonable walking distance. There are small food shops and an ATb Supermarket within easy walking distance.

Although train and bus station is just metres away they are behind a wall you cant get through so walking round road takes 10 minutes , room just with basic features and beds similar to a couch

The hot water temp is to low for me. Temperature was about 45C if that. Hot water temperature should be 50C(122F) with control at maximum hot setting.

Location is very good. I walked to most everything I wanted to see. Convenient to rail, bus terminal, ATb grocery market, ATMs. Rail and bus terminals are walkable or short taxi ride if you have luggage

Everything was fine.

The hotel is located near the railway station. It has extremely friendly staff. I arrived late in the evening, they helped me with my luggage, made coffee. Breakfast is held in a beautiful winter garden. The bed is comfortable, the room has everything for a comfortable stay.

Actually there is no elevator there. So, if you have lots of luggage , you’ll have to lift all your heavy bags upstairs and downstairs.

It was super clean with all the necessary facilities and a decent free breakfast. The location is quite good and convenient as it’s around 1.4 km away from the railway station. The receptionist was nice and helped me lift my heavy bags upstairs. It’s perfect if you have only a backpack. I had to take my 7 am train , so he kindly offered me to give my breakfast in a lunch box prior my check-out.
