United States2 reviewsVery goodWhat we didn't like was, it took about 45 minutes to get our food. We came in late about 8:30 p.m. there was no one in the restaurant and yet we didn't start receiving our food until 9:15 to 9:30 p.m. Also, the card keys didn't work. So we had to have someone open the door for us every time. That was inconvenient.
The breakfast was good. Though they didn't tell me that they can make me an omelet until after I got my food. It would have been nice to hear about that upfront.

They need to be very proactive (not slow moving on their own pace, but on the interest of the clients) empowered and be accountable for their actions.

The kitchen was very slow and the quality of the food does mostly not correspond to the quality of the hotel. The reception should not simply forward offers from external providers to the guests, it is also their duty to warn them against usurious prices. That I really did not like! To simply forward a 20$ offer to a guest for a 5 min drive without any comment, I would never do at the reception I work! That was very disappointing.
Very nice room. Excellent waiters and waitress, excellent housekeeping. Very nice janitor and Francis as a very good door duty. Good location, close to the lake and to the airport. 24h service.

Australia6 reviewsVery goodThe tap is close to the edge of the sink so it splashed every where. The hotel does need to establish a network of safe, reliable taxi drivers. The one they arranged for us took us to places that made us feel unsafe, also felt like he was looking to extract every penny from us even after we had negotiated a price. would also help if the hotel staff were aware of good local attractions.
Clean property, well maintained, friendly staff. very well maintained rooms. Good shower pressure. air conditioning is amazing. Pool is clean. Decent breakfast. Helpful hotel manager.
