I would also like to thank the staff for their patience in parcelling up my partner's jacket and forwarding it by UPS to Denver, where we were en route to before leaving for the UK, after he left it behind and we were already too far away to return for it. While this must have been inconvenient, they were unfailingly polite and helpful over the Booking.com messenger service.”
