the room was poorly lit with only one bright light between the beds and the only other light was in the bathroom. The carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed and the shower was slow to drain.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was ok.

The bathroom was a little small and the only light in the main room was between the beds so the lighting was not very good and the jets for the hot tub did not work

Run down. Staff didn't seem to care about needs. And no offense barely spoke English and hardly could understand anything. And the hot tub jets were not working well and didn't want to shut off pool was cold and a lot of things just needed some TLC

Bedsheet was stained, smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, bathroom door installed upside down, thin walls heard talking all throughout the night in parking lot outside window as well as in hallway.

Bathroom , shower and doors need upgrade. Bathroom is tiny and the hallway needs a new coat of paint. Our window was missing the screen and it was hot in the room. We had no wifi yet they told us the password.

Complimentary breakfast was below standard. There was no fruit or yogurt available. Staff cancelled breakfast Tuesday morning due to limited occupancy! Well, the guests in the occupied four rooms had booked for an included breakfast available for each morning. Staff let us down, although provided some bread for toast; coffee, juice and cereal was available, but bread, donuts, English muffins, bagels and batter for waffles had been removed.

Location was good for shopping, price was good and room was clean. Recent renovation was decent with LVP flooring for cleanliness.

The towels were very thin and we did not have two complete sets. The lighting in my room was poor. Two very bright spotlights by the bed and the rest of the room was dark. I was just in town for one night and paid WAY too much for this room and amenities offered (due to an event).

The room had been updated and was clean. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly. There were families in the small pool area and the kids looked like they were having fun. The room had a fresh, clean scent, no stale, smoking air.

The floors were never swept so they were really dirty And my kids (under 2) kept finding things like bottle caps that they tried to put in their mouths. The room was also very humid and sticky.

Cleanliness of room and linens left a lot to be desired. Check in was simple but when I went to check out the desk was unmanned and when I called, I think I woke the guy up. For a smoke free hotel, there was plenty of smoke in the air. I booked because I expected a clean room in a decent location. For the price, I should have gotten just that.
