I don't like that you can't rent a room for a couple hours instead of 24 I think if you guys gave the option to just stay like a half a day you'd make a little bit more money and on that note me and my father didn't need full days half to couple hours

Remodeling the building, air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work but they did move us to another room

The towel receptacle in the swim area had no towels on two of three days at the pool. The pool water also seemed warmer on the weekend than the weekday. On the weekday mornings, some of the breakfast food items that should have been warm or hot were not and decaf coffee was not always available. You also couldn't program the machines in the gym area but we didn't ask about it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety of selections and an attendant to keep the area clean and help if needed. It was nice to have the amenities in the room as advertised. Also nice to have working ice machines and a laundry room. The location was close to the places that we needed to be at.

The guest above our room made it sound like there was a gymnasium directly over us or like the room was being remodeled. Unruly children perhaps.

Made me give them another credit card for deposit on room. Lady told me I could get a receipt at checkout showing reversal of deposit. I asked for my receipt showing reversal and a different lady told me she could not print A receipt for me. Just reassured me the 50.00 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. Also no trolley to haul luggage and no elevator.

The room was clean, bed comfortable.

A staff member changing a room reservation without notifying us. The lack of a handicap room was a HUGE disadvantage.

The hostess on staff was exceptional!!!. However, a front desk employer changed our 'handicap' room to regular room (that was previously reserved) and put someone else in our room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. And have always enjoyed myself. However, the old staff have left due to new owners. The quality has dropped off a little. I was informed the hot tub will not be available ever again. I was disappointed to hear about it. Considering I am always sore and tired each afternoon after work. And really enjoyed it.

The pool and hot tub were not serviceable. There was no mention of this when booking and it looked like they had been shut down for quite some time. The pool was very dirty and was an eyesore.

The suite was perfect for my family. It gave us ample room to let the kids run around and also have privacy.

The beds were uncomfortable

The new mattresses in the rooms are very uncomfortable. It's a top mattress on a metal bed frame platform, no box spring. Both of us were hurting in our back at 4am.

I think there need to be more of a prescence of staff or security at night because of some of the type of client s it attracts

When walking in the front entrance area, there is an awful stale spell. It could use some fresheners in that area. The stairways are filthy with dirt and spider webs, "not a good look." I know they are getting some upgrades, which are desperately needed, but appearance means everything.

The environment was nice and calm. We stayed in a room where we had a nice Atrium view. The breakfast was enjoyable and the young lady who worked the breakfast area was so nice and inviting to all of the customers. I loved her positive energy.😊

They have done renovations and "upgrades" since my last stay here. I always stay at this hotel when traveling. This time I had thin blankets, tiny tiny square pillows, bed was not as comfortable. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hot tub downstairs was not working.

Large buffet breakfast is the only reason I would stay again. Shame because i stay once or twice a year for travel
